University students are the builders and successors of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and they bear the important responsibility of national prosperity,national revitalization and people’s happiness.In the National Education Conference,General Secretary Xi Jinping repeatedly emphasized the need to effectively strengthen labor education for college students and cultivate new generations who dare to create and achieve happiness in labor.The education of the concept of labor and happiness among college students in the new era is an inherent need to promote the comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor among college students,a practical driving force to create a better social life,and an inevitable requirement to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the Chinese Dream.Therefore,Whether college students have the concept of labor happiness is directly related to their personal growth and success,and also further affects the advancement and development of society.This paper makes a systematic analysis of the labor and happiness concept education of college students in the new era by comprehensively using the method of literature review,questionnaire and comparative research,which mainly includes the following five parts.The first part is the introduction.To sort out the research background,research significance,research status,research methods and innovation of college students’ view of labor and happiness education in the new era.The second part is an overview of the relevant theories of labor and happiness education for college students in the new era.First,define the relevant concepts of labor and happiness education for college students in the new era.This paper defines the core concepts of labor happiness view and college students’ labor happiness view.Second,the Marxist view of labor happiness,the thought of labor happiness in the excellent traditional culture of China,the Chinese Communist view of labor happiness is the theoretical basis of carrying out the education of college students in the new era;Third,the theoretical basis of the new era of college students’ concept of labor happiness education combined with the new era background,expounds the significance of the new era of college students’ concept of labor happiness education.The third part is the investigation of the status quo of the education of the new era of college students’ concept of labor happiness.Based on the analysis and collation of the effective questionnaire data,this paper summarizes the achievements of the current development of college students’ concept of labor happiness education in the new era.The fourth part analyzes the problems and causes of the new era of college students’ concept of labor and happiness education.Based on the analysis and collation of the effective questionnaire data,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the education of labor and happiness concept of college students in the new era from the aspects of college students,colleges,families and society,and conducts in-depth analysis of the reasons for the problems.The fifth part analyzes the educational path of the new era college students’ view of labor happiness.Based on the theory and oriented by the problem,in order to further promote the education of the concept of labor happiness for college students in the new era,this paper will optimize the education of the concept of labor happiness from the four aspects of self-education,school education,family education and social environment influence,and finally form the resultant force of education.Cultivate talents needed by The Times to help realize the Chinese Dream. |
