Research Objectives:Biomechanical analysis in patients with idiopathic scoliosis,find out patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis and the differences between normal junior high school students and biomechanical analysis,study of patients in the sport ability of body performance under different movements,aims to reveal the biomechanical characteristics of patients,in the teaching process of AIS patients exercise intervention Suggestions,this will pave the way for the next step of exercise intervention.Research methods:In this study,60 middle school students with idiopathic scoliosis were selected as the experimental group and 60 normal middle school students as the control group.The Chinese version of SRS-22 questionnaire(Chinese version of Idiopathic scoliosis Study 22)was used Patient questionnaire to get the basic information and life satisfaction of the subjects,and then QUALISYS 3D motion capture was used KISTLER three-dimensional force measuring table was used to collect biomechanical data from idiopathic scoliosis patients and normal junior high school students,in gait and jump,the difference of joint torque and joint Angle between spine and hip knee and ankle was analyzed.The difference between the time impulse of the whole center of gravity perpendicular to the ground reaction force stage and statistical method(one-way ANOVA)was used to analyze the differences in kinematics and dynamics between idiopathic scoliosis patients and normal junior high school studentsscoliosis patients.Conclusions:1.The score of self-image dimension in AIS group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was highly statistically significant(P < 0.01);There was no significant difference in the scores of functional activity pain and mental health dimension between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the scores of functional activity pain self-image and mental health of AIS patients of different genders(P<0.05).2.In the gait dynamic indexes,there was a significant difference between the control group and the lateral bending group in the maximum internal and external rotation moment of the ankle joint in the control group and the lumbar bending group(P < 0.05);There was significant difference between the control group and the chest bending group in the range of moment motion of ankle varus and valus(P < 0.05),there was a significant difference between the control group and the lumbar bending group(P<0.05);At the first peak,the instantaneous values of valus and valus moment of the hip joint in the control group and the lumbar flexion group were significantly different(P<0.05);At the second peak,there was a significant difference in impulse in the X direction between the control group and the thoracic bend group(P<0.05).In SPSS23.0,one-way ANOVA was performed for the gait dynamic indicators of the control group and the lateral curve group.In the first peak-trough stage,there was a significant difference in impulse between the control group and the thoracic curve group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in impulse in X direction between the control group and the lumbar bending group(P < 0.01),the active range of internal and external rotation moment of the ankle joint in the control group and the chest bend group was significantly different(P<0.05);At the second peak stage,there was a significant difference in impulse in Y direction between the control group and the lumbar bending group(P <0.05),there were significant differences in the active range of valus moment between the control group and the thoracic curve group(P < 0.05).There was significant difference between the control group and the lumbar flexion group in the range of torque activity of varus and valus of knee joint(P<0.05);At the first peak,there was a significant difference in impulse in Y direction between the control group and the lumbar bending group(P<0.05);At the second peak,there was no significant difference in gait dynamics between the control group and the lateral bending group(P< 0.05).In terms of gait motion kinematic indexes,there was a significant difference between the control group and the chest bend group in the range of gravity center movement in the first peak-trough phase(P < 0.05)There was significant difference in the maximum internal and external rotation Angle of the ankle joint(P<0.05)There were significant differences in the activity range of flexion and extension valgus and pronation Angle of ankle joint(P<0.05),there was significant difference in the maximum hip flexion Angle(P<0.05),there was a significant difference between the control group and the lumbar bending group(P<0.01),there was a significant difference between chest bending group and waist bending group in the maximum internal and external rotation Angle of ankle joint(P<0.05),there were significant differences in the range of motion of the internal and external rotation Angle of the ankle joint(P < 0.05)There were significant differences in the range of activity of internal and external rotation Angle of knee joint(P<0.05);Trough value--at the second peak stage,there was a significant difference in the center of gravity range of left and right displacement between the control group and the thoracic curve group(P<0.01).There was a significant difference between control group and lumbar bending group in the center of gravity range of left and right displacement(P<0.01).The maximum flexion and extension Angle of the ankle joint was significantly different between the control group and the chest bending group(P<0.05).There was significant difference between chest bending group and lumbar bending group in the maximum valvus Angle of ankle joint(P<0.05).The maximum internal and external rotation Angle of the ankle joint was significantly different between the chest bending group and the lumbar bending group(P< 0.05).There was a significant difference in the maximum internal and external rotation Angle of knee joint between chest bending group and lumbar bending group(P<0.05);At the first peak,the instantaneous gravity center of the left and right displacement of the control group and the thoracic curve group was significantly different(P < 0.01).There was a significant difference in the instantaneous value of center of gravity of left and right displacement between the control group and the lumbar bending group(P<0.01).There was significant difference in the instantaneous flexion and extension moment between the control group and the thoracic flexion group(P<0.05);At the second peak,there was a significant difference in the instantaneous value of c7-T12 fluctuation Angle between the control group and the lumbar bending group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the center of gravity instantaneous values of left and right displacement between the control group and the thoracic curve group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the instantaneous flexion and extension moment of the hip joint between the control group and the lumbar flexion group(P < 0.05).There was significant difference in instantaneous flexion and extension moment of knee joint between the control group and the thoracic flexion group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in instantaneous flexion and extension moment of knee joint between the control group and the thoracic flexion group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in gait motion kinematics between the control group and the chest bending group in the first peak-trough stage(P <0.05),there was significant difference between the control group and the lumbar bending group in the maximum Angle of cervical 7 and thoracic 12(P<0.05),there was significant difference in the maximum hip flexion and extension Angle(P<0.05);Trough value--the second peak stage,there was a significant difference between the control group and thoracic curve group in the maximum Angle of c7-T12 ups and downs(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between control group and thoracic curve group(P<0.01)There was a significant difference in the center of gravity range of left and right displacement between the control group and the thoracic curve group(P<0.01).There were significant differences in the range of hip flexion and extension between the control group and the thoracic curve group(P < 0.05);At the first peak,there was a significant difference between the C7--T12 Angle instantaneous values of the control group and the lumbar bending group(P<0.05);At the second peak,the C7--T12 Angle instantaneous values of the control group and the lumbar bending group were significantly different(P< 0.05).3.As a dynamic index of longitudinal jump,there was a significant difference in the maximum of the valus moment of knee joint between the normal group and the lumbar flexion group(P<0.05);There was a significant difference in the instantaneous internal and external rotational moment of the hip joint between the normal group and the chest bend group(P<0.05)There was significant difference in the instantaneous internal and external rotation moment of the hip joint between the chest bending group and the lumbar bending group(P < 0.05)There was significant difference in instantaneous flexion and extension moment of knee joint between normal group and thoracic curve group(P< 0.05)There was significant difference in the instantaneous value of internal and external rotation moment between normal group and waist bending group(P<0.05);There was a significant difference in the maximum flexion and extension Angle of the hip joint between the normal group and the lumbar flexion group(P < 0.05)There was a significant thoracic curve group(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)The self-image satisfaction of the adolescent idiopathic scoliosis group was lower than that of the normal control group.(2)Compared with the control group,there were differences in the range of motion of impulse center of gravity,maximum Angle of flexion and extension of ankle joint,moment of flexion and extension of hip joint,moment of flexion and extension of knee joint.Compared with the control group,there were differences in the center of gravity range in terms of the maximum of the valgus Angle of the ankle joint,the maximum of the internal rotation Angle of the knee joint,and the instantaneous value of the flexion and extension moment of the hip joint.Compared with the control group,there were differences in the instantaneous value of the maximum impulse knee valus Angle,C7-T12,the maximum fluctuation Angle,the center of gravity range of motion,and the range of hip joint flexion and extension Angle.Compared with the control group,the instantaneous values of impulse C7--T12 were different in the female lumbar bending group.(3)Compared with the control group,the instantaneous value of internal and external rotation moment of internal rotation of hip joint was different in the male thoracic bending group in terms of the instantaneous value of varus and valus Angle of knee joint.Compared with the control group,there were differences in the maximum of the valgus moment of the knee joint and the maximum of the internal and external rotation moment of the ankle joint and the maximum of the internal and external rotation Angle of the hip joint.Compared with the control group,the maximum flexion and extension Angle of the hip joint was different in the range of flexion and extension Angle of the knee joint.Compared with the control group,there were differences in the range of motion of valus and valus Angle of the hip joint in the girls’ waist bending group.The change of impulse and center of gravity indicated that the contact time between the feet and the ground was too short or too long.The differences of hip,knee and ankle joints indicate that the hip,knee and ankle joints are unstable due to the protrusion of the spine.
