A Study On Self Edited Swiss Gymnastic Ball Exercises Melioration Of College Students’Idiopathic Scoliosis

Objective:This paper is designed to create a set of design to improve college students’ Swiss Gymnastic Ball exercises of idiopathic scoliosis, to reach the goals of improving the asymmetric body posture, strengthening the body’s respiratory system function, improving spinal joint flexibility, strengthening the core strength training, improving the trunk muscle strength, improving the physical stability and balance, to prevent complications such as backache. And some experiments are arranged to validate the effects of the set exercises.Methods:Literature review method, logic analysis method, experimental method, mathematical statistics, sports measurement method, experimental method, there into, physical method is the focus of this article. Via spinal measuring instrument,40subjects are extracted from174sophomore female students of Hangzhou normal university. With setting up the experimental group and control group of20respectively, whose ages range from18to22, all subjects satisfy the following situations at the same time:1) idiopathic scoliosis;2)AIT tilt Angle is larger than or equal to6degrees;3) one side convex,;4)the position of convex is at lumbar spines; apart from the scoliosis, someone has no other diseases, no sports injuries. Experimental group accepts Swiss Gymnastic Ball exercises for a month, three times a week,45minutes each time; Control group does nothing. Measure some indexes, including tilt Angle, joint flexibility, balance to the body, vital capacity, before and after the experiment. Buy using the SPSS17.0the independent sample T test to analyze collected data, which integrity body shape with function development to validate the effectiveness of the Swiss Gymnastic Ball exercises’improving scoliosis.During the test, in order to more clearly recognize the relationship between specific parts in the range of motion when you do the movements and all parts of the overall measurement results, the author uses the joint angle instrument on all parts of the decomposition measurements, then the author uses correlation analysis and difference test to explore and verify the data. Analyze the relationship between body shape and test results, and generalize the methods of measurement for the measurement attributes.Results:(1) experimental AIT immediately after return to tilt Angle0°~1°five people, accounting for25%of the total number in the experimental group, restore to2°3°~5people, accounting for25%of the total, return to have4°~5°10people,50%of the total number, after the experiment by an average7°. Paired sample T test, P value is less than0.05, think group AIT tilt Angle have significant difference before and after exercise.The control group before and after the experiment data collected by the mean showed little change, using parameters of paired samples T test, P value is greater than0.05, there was no significant difference before and after the experiment data.(2) Experimental shoulder balance point of paired sample T test data before and after the exercise, the experimental group shoulder balance P values were less than0.05, before and after exercise decreased an average of0.3degrees, the difference is obvious. Average increase of0.5degrees, the control group (P value is greater than0.5, no significant difference. Hip balance point of view, the experimental group P value is greater than0.05, the control group, P value is less than0.05compared with the mean, the experimental group0.05degrees Angle decreases, the control group increased by0.25degrees, is not to Swiss Gymnastic Ball hip imbalances in exercise control group has a tendency to increase.(3) after spinal stretch is an important indicator of measuring spinal flexibility, the experimental group average increased by0.75before experiment after the experiment, the P value is less than0.05, has the remarkable difference; Control experiments on average fell0.3before the experiment, the P value is greater than0.05, there was no significant difference.SPSS data analysis shows that the experimental group L, P values were less than0.05R side of the two groups of data, the control group P values were greater than0.05. Therefore, Swiss Gymnastic Ball exercise can significantly improve the level of spinal rotation. With central axis as a benchmark on the back of the body, measured were in the curve to the left in the coronary plane bending (R)(L) and to the right Angle value, using the paired samples T test of experimental group L, R group data, the control group L, R group data comparative analysis, the experimental group and control group P values were less than0.05, all have significant difference before and after the experiment. But the mean comparison found that the experimental group side bend ability an average increase of2.50°respectively (L) and2.55°(R), while the control group were reduced0.40°(L) and0.55°(R).(4) Through a month-long experiment, the experimental group vital capacity increased by 13.5%on average, P value is less than0.05, the difference statistically significant; Lung capacity test twice the control group (P value is greater than0.05, no significant difference.(5) Data analysis before and after the experiment, the experimental group (P<0.01, dynamic balance ability get improved significantly, the control group (P>0.05, no difference.Conclusion:(1)the created Swiss Gymnastic Ball exercises can remodel the muscle under the condition of lateral bending of the spine backing to the upright position, by straining the concave side contraction of muscles and relaxing the convex side tense of muscles, which to some extent can improve asymmetry in the back due to spinal three dimensional deformities.(2)In this study, the choice of subjects for the side convex occurs in the lumbar spine type, so this set of Swiss Gymnastic Ball exercises can improve unbalance caused by poor posture of the shoulders.(3)The created Swiss Gymnastic Ball exercises can improve spinal joint flexibility; enhance the extension, lateral flexion, rotation amplitude and symmetry by stretching exercises.(4)In this study, actions adopted by the combination of diaphragmatic breathing exercise method are advantageous to the alveoli of the gas, so as to achieve the improvement of respiratory function by transferring function of the patient’s proprioception, improving the diaphragm and other well range of motion and increasing the pressure in the airway.(5) Through the Swiss Gymnastic Ball exercises practice, we can strengthen the stable lumbar muscle; improve the nerve center for muscle control, so as to effectively improve the dynamic balance ability.
