With the improvement of social material life and nutrition level,according to statistics,the youth development peak of children is nearly two years ahead of schedule,and the development of girls is earlier than that of boys.Idiopathic scoliosis usually occurs in the early stage of the development peak,making the primary school students become the group with a relatively high concentration and high incidence of idiopathic scoliosis.The research on the pathogenesis of idiopathic scoliosis is extensive,but there is no definite conclusion at present.Therefore,early effective treatment is an important means and way to prevent the progression of scoliosis.The effect of core strength on spinal function is generally accepted.Core strength training is beneficial to improve the abnormal posture of the spine,strengthen the stability and flexibility of the spine,improve the balance ability of the body and core strength,so that the spine maintain normal posture.However,there are few reports on the therapeutic intervention of core strength training on idiopathic scoliosis in children,especially in primary school students who are growing up.Therefore,in this study,core strength training was applied to the treatment and intervention of primary school students with mild idiopathic scoliosis.Twenty-four primary school students aged 7-13 years with mild idiopathic scoliosis were recruited and divided into experimental group and control group.The force at the core of the experimental group for 12 weeks training,through group paired t test to compare two groups before and after the experiment mode of spine,spinal function and the change of life quality evaluation,in order to investigate the core strength training for treatment of primary school students the effect of mild idiopathic scoliosis,expectations for the treatment of patients with mild idiopathic scoliosis has added,for the clinical treatment of mild scoliosis provide theoretical and practical reference.Results:1.Core strength training is effective in improving Cobb Angle reduction or slowing Cobb Angle progression.After core strength training intervention,the total effective rate of Cobb Angle treatment was 81.82%.The mean Cobb Angle decreased by 7.85° on average from that before the experimental intervention.There was no significant difference in the data measured before and after the control group,and 4 people developed Cobb Angle.2.The mean increase of posterior thoracic kyphosis Angle(TK)and pelvic incidence Angle(PI),and the mean decrease of lumbar kyphosis Angle(LL)were observed with the intervention of core strength training.Core strength training could improve the kyphosis deficiency of thoracic kyphosis in patients with scoliosis,so that the physiological curvature of the sagittal plane of spine could be spontaneously corrected3.The AVR before the experiment was significantly lower after the experimental intervention than before the experimental intervention.Core strength training can improve the deformity of scoliosis patients in three dimensions and make the shape of the spine to normal physiological curvature3.4.Core strength training can improve spinal flexibility in patients with idiopathic spine.The increase range of left and right lateral flexion was the largest,followed by forward flexion and backward extension,and the increase range of left and right lateral flexion was the smallest.5.The core strength training can improve the patients with idiopathic scoliosis in balance,the x axis core strength training can reduce the patients with scoliosis in feet stand open stand and feet close my eyes movement center of gravity in x axis upward moving average,at a speed of total distance and the maximal displacement and stand feet close their eyes focus on mobile area per unit time.6.Core strength training can improve the quality of life of patients with idiopathic scoliosis in the three dimensions of functional activity,pain and mental health;In the self-image dimension,there was no significant difference in the mean before and after the experiment.In terms of treatment satisfaction,the treatment of mild scoliosis with core strength training was superior to the traditional observation therapy...
