Idiopathic scoliosis is the change of the spine in the normal position, often manifested as the change of the frontal surface. It has become an increasingly common spinal disease, which appears in different professionals.Students are the group with high incidence of disease.Generally,at the beginning of the disease, primary school students have no pain, and parents and schools are mainly concerned about primary school students' learning achievements in cultural courses,so it is easy to be ignored. At this stage,in addition to completing the tasks assigned by the school according to the regulations, primary school students also need to over complete the homework of various cultural remedial classes reported by their parents, which directly results in the phenomenon of sedentary and less active, making the effective sports activities of primary school students less and less.So many primary school students in the process of growth and development, because of many external factors make the spine posture toward the direction of bad development. With the development of primary school students' bones, the severity of scoliosis will increase. In this study, the spinal tester ST-101 was used to measure the scoliosis of 4 and 5 students(1359 people)in Tieling Primary School of Harbin city.40 students with scoliosis value in the mild range were randomly selected,20 of them(type C)as the experimental group and 20 as the control group. The exercise intervention experiment lasted for 16 weeks,3 times a week, and the duration of one time was 60 minutes. After the intervention, the height, weight,BMI index, vital capacity index and scoliosis degree of the two groups of students were measured again with the same test method and content as before the experiment, and the differences before and after the intervention were compared to observe the effect of sports intervention on the students with mild idiopathic scoliosis.Results:1.During the 16 weeks of exercise intervention, the body of primary school students was in the natural development period. The height, weight and BMI index of the students in the experimental group and the control group increased before and after exercise intervention, with significant difference(P < 0.05).The increase of vital capacity in experimental group was more significant than that in control group;2.The degree of scoliosis in the experimental group decreased and the effect of improvement was significant(P < 0.05).The degree of scoliosis in the control group increased, but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).The scoliosis degree of male and female students in the experimental group showed a significant downward trend, and there was a significant difference before and after(P < 0.01).The male and female students in the control group showed an upward trend, and there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.The 16 week exercise intervention experiment of mild idiopathic scoliosis had an effective effect on improving the scoliosis of primary school students, and promoted the development of the spine to the normal direction as a whole;2.There is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before and after intervention,so it is easy to be ignored by parents and teachers in primary school, which increases the possibility of further development;3.This experimental action has a positive effect on further preventing the development of abnormal spinal morphology. In the process of intervention,it also improves the primary school students' understanding of idiopathic scoliosis.
