The education of children and teenagers has always been an important issue in the traditional culture of the motherland.Children and adolescents are in a critical period of personal development.Traditional cultural education is not only conducive to improving the cultural literacy of children and adolescents,but also can enhance their sense of identity with the motherland and cultivate firm cultural self-confidence,so as to establish a scientific world outlook,outlook on life and values.Based on the ty District Youth Growth public welfare camp project,taking children and adolescents in ty district as an example,this study understands the problems and difficulties existing in the traditional culture education of children and adolescents in ty district by means of questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview.At present,the difficulties and reasons of traditional culture education mainly include: children and adolescents have a shallow understanding of traditional culture,a single way of education,the neglect of traditional culture in family education and school education,and the low utilization rate of social public resources.According to the needs,based on the organization and environment model,under the guidance of social learning theory,we use professional group social work methods to design a series of group traditional culture education service activities for this group.The purpose of this activity is to improve children’s and adolescents’ traditional culture cognition,improve traditional culture education,enhance self-efficacy and promote cultural self-confidence.It aims to improve the problems existing in children’s and adolescents’ traditional culture education in a step-by-step way,and puts forward suggestions: first,social workers should pay attention to the theoretical basis,consider the combination of case work and group work,and improve professionalism;Second,divide the age levels of the recipients and design the activities according to the characteristics of the recipients;Third,schools,families,communities and other environments should pay more attention to traditional culture,understand the use of resources and create a good traditional cultural atmosphere,so as to promote the all-round development of teenagers.
