As an important field of research, interpersonal communication is a very important aspect of individual socialization. The sense of efficacy obtained from good interpersonal experience has an important impact on children’s communication function acquisition, interpersonal communication and social behavior. In recent years, the social protection of children has gradually become the focus of social attention, and the plight of children who lack self-care and self-protection needs more attention and help from the society. Some of them have some problems in interpersonal communication, such as closed self, unwilling to communicate with others, grumpy temper and even aggressive behavior, which affect their group integration and self acceptance. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to stimulate the desire of children in distress to actively communicate, improve their interpersonal self-efficacy and improve their interpersonal effectivenessThe main goal of this study is to improve the interpersonal self-efficacy of troubled children.Firstly, questionnaire, interview and literature methods are used to conduct an in-depth survey on the troubled children in n community. On the basis of fully collecting data,we understand the possible problems of the current troubled children’s sense of interpersonal efficacy and the realistic needs of the troubled children for interpersonal communication.Secondly, based on the current situation and needs of children in distress, combined with Bandura’s social cognitive theory, explore the practical scheme of group work involved in the interpersonal self-efficacy of children in distress. The practical program focuses on two themes and four specific goals. The two themes are to enhance the interpersonal skills of children in distress and train interpersonal strategies. The former can be embodied into two specific goals:improving self-confidence and making friends; The latter can be embodied into two specific objectives:dealing with conflicts and maintaining relations. The intervention process of group work includes eight sections to participate in experience test activities, which are mainly carried out around four specific objectives, including cultivating tenacity, learning how to establish positive emotions and deal with negative emotions, learning correct attribution methods, better understanding yourself, enhancing empathy and point of view selection ability, etc. Finally, through the comparison of pre-test and post-test,feedback of group activities,self-evaluation and other evaluation of group members, this paper evaluates the group, analyzes the specific effectiveness of group intervention, and reflects on the practice of group work.Through the evaluation results of the group,it can be found that after the intervention of working group activities, the children in community have changed, which are more confident, optimistic, actively deal with interpersonal conflicts, easier to communicate with peers and so on.The overall intervention effect can show that it is feasible for group work to intervene in the interpersonal self-efficacy of children in distress, and it is helpful to improve the interpersonal self-efficacy of children in distress.
