With the further development of China’s economy,people’s income is gradually increasing.Now more and more people choose to bring their children to their work places to study,which gives birth to a new group of migrant children.After these floating children come to a new area,due to the influence of some factors such as themselves,family,school and community,they will have some deficiencies in interpersonal communication ability,so they will face some new problems,such as education,psychology,social integration and interpersonal communication,etc.,while the problems of children’s interpersonal communication will not only affect them Their physical and mental health,personal development,but also on their families and society to bring some negative effects,so the interpersonal skills of migrant children need to be improved.Through the analysis of the data,the author finds that the floating children in X community are faced with a lack of correct understanding of themselves and others,lack of initiative in interpersonal communication,easy to conflict with classmates,lack of communication skills and communication objects Narrow scope and other issues.These problems in interpersonal communication reflect that they have certain deficiencies in interpersonal communication ability.The author analyzes and summarizes the factors that affect interpersonal communication ability from four aspects: mobile children themselves,family,school and community.Based on the above content,the author uses the professional method of group work to carry out the group activity of "I communicate,I grow up" to improve the interpersonal communication ability,selects eight group members,designs and carries out six group activities.Through the group activities,the purpose is to improve the self-confidence of the mobile children in X community in interpersonal communication,reduce the sense of inferiority,and let the mobile children learn from others Some communication skills in international communication,so as to improve theirinterpersonal skills.After the group activity,the author evaluated the research content.The evaluation results show that group work has some advantages in improving the interpersonal communication ability of migrant children,and has also achieved the goal of group activities.Migrant children have a new understanding of others,changed their original cognition,and at the same time,migrant children also recognize some advantages of their own,which to a certain extent reduces their sense of inferiority and improves their self-confidence.In addition,migrant children have also learned some language skills and non-language skills.They also have the awareness of using these communication skills and are gradually using them.However,while affirming the effectiveness of the group,the author also reflects on the group activities,pointing out that there are some shortcomings in the group activities,such as game first,lack of follow-up after the activities,lack of professional skills and abilities of social workers,so as to better summarize and accumulate experience.
