Research On Psychological Care Project For Factual Orphans In Remote Rural Areas

After the Nanjing girls’ case,"de facto orphans" began to emerge in the public eye and become active in academic circles.In March 2021,sichuan Provincial Department of Civil Affairs took "Sichuan-Chongqing Tongdo" as the breakthrough,promoted the work of "Inter-provincial Tongdo" and "Sichuan-Chongqing Tongdo" for the recognition and acceptance of the fact of unsupported orphans.In the form of "Internet +",the examination and approval process was optimized to realize the full tracking and specially-assigned service.The joint identification of factual orphans provides a broader space for the development of psychological care projects for factual orphans.Based on the characteristics and functions of social work,the psychological care project for de facto orphans of C Foundation in C City,Sichuan Province was taken as the research object,and X school in remote areas was taken as the pilot.In the early stage,through MHT measurement,interviews and field visits,it was found that de facto orphans in this area had certain psychological problems.This project gives full play to the resource advantages of the Foundation and the professional advantages of social work,and organically combines the case model,group guidance model and home visit model.It not only solves individual problems,effectively meets common needs,but also timely tests the effectiveness of services.Through the research,it is found that social work,as a professional force,participates in psychological care services for orphans in fact,meets the needs of orphans in fact and the development of local schools,and has achieved corresponding results in preventing and solving orphans in fact and promoting the development of mental health education in local schools.However,there are still some difficulties in improving professional skills and dealing with some ethical issues.This study argues that the fact orphan care project in the process of service for specific groups,still need to constantly giving full play to the advantages of professional talent,strengthen the propaganda of the project,let more people to recognize the existence of a special group,let the fact that orphans can get more humanistic care and help,for the future into society,to adapt to the social life lay the foundation.
