With the development and progress of the times,home-school cooperation has become the development trend of education in the world today.Our country has issued a series of policy documents on home-school cooperation,and put forward the requirements of "must improve the school-family-social collaborative education mechanism" "Close home-school communication,innovate collaborative methods,and promote the construction of a collaborative education community" etc.These policy documents have raised the educational concept of home-school cooperation to a new level.As a constant topic in modern education,home-school cooperation is still a hot issue in the current education circle.In recent years,the collaboration between family and school seems to be more and more frequent,but the home-school conflict and parent-teacher conflict caused by "cooperation" between the two sides have become more common.Looking at current educational practice,it will be found that there are many "fake cooperation" behaviors carried out in the name of "cooperation" between families and schools.What types of cooperation exist between family and school? What kind of involvement does the school need in family education? What kind of guidance does family need from school education? To build an ideal home-school partnership,we urgently need to think and discuss these issues further.The educational proposition of home-school cooperation is not only an inevitable choice in history,but also an urgent need in reality.From the perspective of historical evolution,the relationship between family and school has gradually changed from "integration" at the beginning to "divide",and with the development of society,the relationship between family and school has once again shown a state of "integration".From the perspective of the needs of the times,home-school cooperation is not only an active reflection of education adapting to the development of the times,but also the actual needs of adapting to the changes of modern families,and it is the proper meaning of building a modern school system.Based on the above research background,the author takes the current situation of home-school cooperation as the breakthrough point,and tries to make a rational reflection on home-school cooperation.Therefore,this paper selects Z Primary School in Q District,Guilin City as the research object to conduct a field investigation,collect relevant research materials through participatory observation and unstructured interviews in real school life.The author examines the current situation of home-school cooperation from the perspectives of Z primary school’s specific practices and existing practical difficulties,and on the basis of the actual investigation,combined with scholars’ theoretical research on home-school cooperation,reflects on the connotation,characteristics and implication of home-school cooperation.To clarify the understanding of home-school cooperation theoretically,it helps to better promote the practice of home-school cooperation and improve the level of home-school cooperation in educating people.As a practical activity,home-school cooperation is extremely complex.Cooperation is the process of generating interactive relationships between people,and home-school cooperation is the cooperation between people,it involves multiple cooperative subjects such as schools,teachers,parents,and students,each subject plays a different social role,therefore,the needs of cooperation will also be different,and diversified cooperation needs will inevitably bring about a variety of cooperative relationships.Based on the above analysis,the author tries to reconstruct the home-school partnership.This study argues that,establishment of an ideal home-school cooperative relationship is inseparable from the corresponding institutional guarantees,that is,a sound home-school cooperation rules and regulations and a perfect home-school cooperation organization system;And home-school cooperation also requires schools to play a leading role in promoting the development of each subject,school should take the initiative to create conditions for parents to participate and activate their willingness to participate.Through equal and continuous cooperation and informal and personalized emotional exchanges,both sides of the home and school create a "caring" educational environment for the growth and development of students,and gradually form a home-school community that trusts and respects each other.
