Research On The Dissemination And Guidance Of Negative Emotions In Network Public Opinion Of Emergencies In Universities

With the rapid development of economy and reform of social system,China’s higher education reform has made great development.At the same time,emergencies in universities occur more frequently,which have great negative impact on universities and society.In addition,the arrival of social media era also makes the guidance of online public opinion on university emergencies more complicated.In the internet opinion propagation of many university emergencies,the role of emotion communication is extremely obvious.In particular,negative emotion plays a great role in the network emotion of university emergencies.If these negative emotions are not properly adjusted and guided,they will spread rapidly,causing a crisis of public trust in universities and society.Therefore,in the era of social media,how to deal with and guide the negative emotions in network public opinion has become an urgent topic for public opinion guidance.The thesis studies the spread of negative emotions in the online public opinion of university emergencies,and tries to solve the following problems: 1.The reasons for the spread of negative emotions in the network public opinion of university emergencies in the era of social media.2.How do the negative emotions in the network public opinion of university emergencies spread.3.What are the propagation modes of negative emotions in the network public opinion of university emergencies.4.How to deal with the spread of negative emotions in university emergencies and network public opinion.Therefore,the thesis firstly analyzes the motivation of negative emotion spread in the network public opinion of university emergencies from the perspectives of communication,sociology and psychology on the basis of sorting out the literature and multi-case analysis of network public opinion on emergencies in universities.Secondly,through the analysis of specific cases,this thesis summarizes the propagation mode of negative emotions in university emergency network public opinion.Finally,this thesis puts forward the guiding methods of negative emotion communication in university emergency network public opinion according to the previous research.The thesis finds that the progress of media technology and the change of media environment promote the spread of negative emotions in the network public opinion of university emergencies.Political,economic and cultural influence are the deep motivation of negative emotions.Psychological imbalance,negative attention bias and herd mentality are the main reasons for the spread of negative emotions Psychological imbalance,negative attention bias and conformity psychology are the main reasons for the spread of negative emotions.Through the research on the public’s negative emotion propagation in the events of Lanzhou Jiaotong University’s graduate student murder,the thesis summarizes the four-stage mode,umbrella propagation model and circle propagation mode of the network public opinion negative emotion transmission in university emergencies.Finally,based on the previous study,the thesis proposes that universities should establish a negative public opinion guidance mechanism in the public opinion guidance of emergencies,pay attention to the spread of negative emotions of netizens in public opinion events,and adopt appropriate guidance methods.
