In recent years,public health emergencies have occurred frequently all over the world.Because they are often closely related to public health interests,they can easily arouse the public's eager attention.And in the dissemination of social information,with the development of information technology and the continuous penetration of online social media into public life,the public has gradually transformed from traditional information acquirers to information producers and disseminators,and the control of information has changed.That is to say,the traditional professional communication organization adopts modern technology to spread information to an unspecified mass of people.It has gradually transitioned to a method of interpersonal communication between individuals,or between individual systems and individual systems.It has become the primary position for the dissemination and diffusion of public opinion information in emergencies.However,because the public is constrained by their own uneven professional knowledge background and uneven information literacy level,cyberspace can easily become a platform for breeding public incidents,online rumors and false information,and seriously disrupt the governance of public incidents,causing some public incidents.It rises to a public crisis and causes secondary harm,which brings great harm to the people and society.Therefore,research on the audience of online public opinion under public health emergencies is of great significance for public opinion guidance.The guidance of public opinion is essentially to guide the behavior and thoughts of public opinion audiences.Through the review of related research,the theoretical explanation,and the definition of concepts,this article uses network data capture and questionnaire survey methods to obtain the behavior and psychological characteristics of public opinion audiences of public health emergencies,respectively,analyzes and clusters them,and uses user portraits.The idea is to classify and characterize online public opinion audiences,explore the typical characteristics of different types of audiences under public health emergencies,and propose precise public opinion governance methods based on this.At the same time,in order to explore the relationship between public opinion audience behavior and psychological characteristics,with the help of correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis,the model is constructed and verified,and further,from the perspective of public opinion audience psychological characteristics,it proposes management and control suggestions that affect audience participation in online public opinion behavior.The government and others manage public opinion audiences and improve their decision-making level.
