Practical Research To Promote Students’ Self-directed Learning Model Construction Activities

People-oriented,the implementation of quality education has become a consensus reached by every teacher in contemporary society,in this context,it is necessary for teachers to cultivate students’ independent learning ability,strive to create an open classroom,and use various methods and strategies to fully mobilize students’ enthusiasm and let students become the main body of learning.In addition,teachers should change the traditional role positioning of teachers and students,and in the process of teaching,they should be good at organizing students to build models by themselves,promote the improvement of students’ independent learning ability,and effectively promote the implementation of quality education.This study adopts the literature analysis method,through reading a large number of literature to understand the advantages and development of model architecture activities,as well as the characteristics and training methods of independent learning,and then look for cases of combination of the two,found that there are fewer studies;through the interview method and questionnaire method,the teachers and students of the Affiliated Middle School of Yan’an Vocational and Technical College were investigated to understand the application of model construction activities and the degree of cognition of independent learning,and found that most teachers have the awareness of modeling,but due to limited class time,chaotic classroom discipline,The effect is not obvious and other aspects of the limitation,the actual use of the model is not a lot,even if the use is only by the teacher to use the existing model to explain,can not achieve the improvement of the student’s independent learning ability,and the student has just entered junior high school,still continue the mechanical learning to accept the way of learning,hands-on ability is not strong,lack of awareness of independent learning.Therefore,from the perspective of model construction,this study designs model construction activities to promote students’ independent learning,so that students can build a knowledge system through independent pre-study,independent selection of materials,independent modeling,independent explanation,and independent evaluation in the entire model construction activities,and the teacher is more to help students point out the direction of learning in the whole process,help students supplement learning materials,and make students’ independent learning ability improve in learning attitude,learning motivation,learning strategy,monitoring and reflection,management resources,etc.So as to enhance students’ awareness of independent learning,to help students establish the concept of lifelong learning.After the practice,the effect of the study was analyzed and evaluated by questionnaire survey,grade analysis,and independent learning ability measurement,and the results of the questionnaire survey showed that the students’ enthusiasm for learning biology was improved;the experimental group junior(16)class,which used the model construction activity to promote students’ independent learning,had a better performance in the final exam,with a score of 32.72 points,which was 3.80 points higher than that of the control group’s first(17)class,and the control group and the experimental group reached a significant level of difference in scores(P <0.05),it shows that the model-building activities that promote self-directed learning are effective for students’ achievements and significantly improve students’ achievements;motivation and self-efficacy,planning and scheduling,monitoring and reflection ability in the nine dimensions of independent learning ability in experimental and control classes,There were significant differences in the four dimensions of management resource ability(P<0.05),indicating that the teaching scheme of model construction activities that promote self-learning had an impact on students’ self-learning ability,but the impact effect was not particularly extensive,and was only reflected in individual dimensions.In summary,it is concluded that the model construction activities that promote students’ independent learning have certain operability,which can stimulate students’ interest in learning biology,strengthen students’ understanding of knowledge,strengthen students’ awareness of independent learning,and cultivate students’ independent learning ability,but in practical application,teachers also need to continuously optimize and pay attention to the implementation of students’ main position.
