| Learning adaptation refers to the process in which students actively adjust their psychology and behavior in the face of the change of learning environment,and finally improve their adaptability and adapt to the new learning environment.The first year students of junior high school have just entered junior middle school from primary school,and the environment and learning content they face have changed a lot.They are in the critical period of learning adaptation to junior middle school,in which learning adaptation is an important issue that students face.At present,most researchers carry out intervention research on students in the form of group counseling and individual counseling.In this study,the most commonly used courses in actual teaching were selected to carry out intervention research on the research objects.In this study,game guidance,problem discrimination,role playing and discussion methods were used to carry out the intervention of a series of activity classes of learning adaptation for experimental class students from the four dimensions of learning motivation,learning problems,learning skills and learning efficacy.It is expected to promote students’ learning adaptation level and mental health level through the intervention of a series of learning adaptation activity classes.This study mainly focuses on the current situation of learning adaptation,the curriculum design and implementation of learning adaptation,and the follow-up study between the intervention group and the control group.The research object of the first study is a middle school in Suide County,Yulin City,grade one students.Two overall students with low learning adaptation scores and no significant differences were selected from study 1 as the research objects of Study 2 and study 3.Study 1 shows that: 1.Most of the first year students of junior high school in the investigated schools have good learning adaptation,and the students with poor learning adaptation account for 15.6% of the total number.245 students,or 45.6% of the total,scored below the average in learning adaptation.It is also noteworthy that the total score of learning adaptation is lower than the average score,so learning adaptation is still worthy of study by educators and researchers.2.There are significant differences in demographic variables,such as class cadre,only child,personality and place of residence.3.The learning adaptation level of freshmen in grade one can effectively predict their mental health level.The second study shows that the learning adaptation activity class can effectively improve the learning adaptation level and mental health level of the first year students of junior high school,which has a certain practical value.The third study showed that: learning adaptation series of activities curriculum intervention can effectively and persistently improve students’ learning adaptation level.Conclusion:(1)Most of the first year students of junior high school in the investigated schools have good learning adaptation,and the students with bad learning adaptation account for 15.6% of the total number.245 students,or 45.6% of the total,scored below the average in learning adaptation.(2)The learning adaptation level of freshmen in grade one can effectively predict their mental health level.(3)The course intervention of a series of learning adaptation activities combined with game guidance,problem analysis,role playing and discussion can effectively and persistently improve students’ learning adaptation level.Among them,the intervention effect is significant in learning motivation and learning skills,but not in learning efficacy and learning problems. |
