Research purpose: to understand the implementation of sports course resource development in junior high school; To make effective development of sports course resources with the goal of mental health and social adaptation of junior high school students; 3, through the research for scientific evaluation of physical education curriculum resources development and utilization of effective, expand the approaches of mental health and social adaptation education to provide practical experience and basis.Methods: the survey method was divided into school leaders, physical education teachers and students. The experimenter questionnaire investigation, first of all through the way of convenience sampling in FUYANG area chose four junior high school, JIANGAN middle school, YUDAFU, DONGZHOU middle school, middle school and source middle school, then in each school to interview 1 school leaders in charge of sports, questionnaire survey, and all physical education teachers in the selected schools, stratified randomly selected 200 students (sex ratio appropriate),school leadership, a total of 4 people, 20 sports teachers and 200 students.Experimental method, based on the investigation and study, selected by the method of convenient sampling FUYANG JIANGNAN middle school as the experimental school,select two parallel class 2 grade, randomised, both for the experimental classes(sports curriculum resources development and utilization of teaching intervention)and that in comparative classes (for regular teaching). The experiment period was 3 months, and the period of 2016 was the experiment time (2016.09 to 2016.12),which was 12 weeks, 3 P.E. classes per week, and 36 hours per hour. The absence of classes takes other time to make up for the integrity of the experiment cycle.Conclusions and Suggestions:1 FUYANG area school leaders support for physical education teachers in physical education curriculum resource development and utilization of physical education curriculum resources development and utilization of the status quo, the development of curriculum resources is less, the leaders also called for teachers'active development and utilization of physical education curriculum resources.2 Based on the mental health and social adaptation ability of physical education curriculum resource development and use has greatly improved space, PE teachers'development and utilization of curriculum resources is not enough comprehensive may be lead to students' mental health and social adaptation ability is one of the reasons for the poor.3 Students' participation in the sports curriculum resources development and utilization is not high, if we can from the perspective of students physical education curriculum, make full use of the student the physical education curriculum resources,so the students' mental health and social adaptation ability is likely to increase.4 The development and utilization of the course resources of this experiment can effectively improve the social adaptation ability of junior high school students'mental health.
