Eighth-grade students are in the youth of the period of agitation,often known as the "high winds and showers" or "psychological weaning period.Their psychological activities have the characteristics of semi-concealment,semi-exposure,semi-independence and semi-dependence,showing the psychological characteristics of contradiction and polarity.At the same time,the eighth-grade students are also in a period of academic differentiation,began to face great psychological pressure to prepare for college.Therefore,students in this period are extremely vulnerable to negative emotions.To this end,it is necessary for us to carry out psychological intervention to help them get rid of negative emotions,set up a positive attitude,establish harmonious interpersonal relationships and shape healthy psychological quality,and then promote the formation of scientific values,outlook on life and world outlook.And for that reason,.Based on the perspective of positive psychology,we explore the design of mental health education curriculum for eighth-grade students,and try to develop mental health counseling for eighth-grade students through the form of psychological classroom education,in order to help them to develop positive,optimistic,healthy and upward psychological quality.Based on the latest research results of positive psychology,developmental psychology and educational psychology at home and abroad,a questionnaire survey was carried out on the psychological counseling needs of the eighth grade students,and the curriculum of mental health education was designed and implemented,focus on the eighth-grade students need for psychological counseling and eighth-grade mental health education curriculum design and implementation.The thesis can be divided into six basic parts:The first part,Introduction.This section mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research ideas,research methods and research status at home and abroad and the definition of related concepts.By means of literature investigation,this paper sorts out the contents of school mental health education at home and abroad,the course of mental health education and the problems existing in the implementation of school mental health education in China,and defines the core concepts.The second part,the eighth grade students psychological counseling needs survey.The psychological counseling needs of eighth grade students were investigated by questionnaire and analyzed statistically.The third part,the eighth grade mental health education curriculum design.With the help of the theories of positive psychology,developmental psychology and educational psychology,combined with the spirit of the outline,followed the principle of design,made clear the goal of design,and determined the positive psychological qualities to be molded in every class,finally,the course will be designed around four aspects: Learning to learn,knowing oneself,learning to communicate and learning to adjust.The course is mainly based on experience and participation,taking into account the principles of interest,experience and inspiration,the teaching contents of learning psychological counseling,adolescent psychological counseling,interpersonal relationship counseling and emotion management counseling in the Eighth Grade Mental Health Education course were determined.The fourth part,the Eighth Grade Mental Health Education Curriculum Implementation.Thispaper sums up the theoretical basis and guiding principles of the implementation of the Eighth Grade Mental Health Education,and implements the eighth grade mental health education curriculum in the local area,finds its existing problems in the process of implementation,and corrects and optimizes them in time,to ensure that the curriculum in line with the eighth-grade psychological characteristics and psychological needs,and strive to maximize their positive emotions and positive relationships,positive psychological quality.The fifth part is the evaluation of the Eighth Grade Mental Health Education Curriculum,which involves the evaluation of the curriculum by students,teachers and leaders.The sixth part,has carried on the summary to this article research insufficiency and carries on the forecast to the psychological health education curriculum.
