Study On Influencing Factors Of Training Willingness Of New Vocational Farmers In Jiexiu City

"Three rural issues" is a major event related to national development and social stability.Taking "three rural issues" as the top priority of the whole Party’s work,the whole Party and the whole society should promote rural revitalization and agricultural modernization to promote high-quality and efficient agricultural development.Rural areas are suitable for living and working,and farmers’ income increases reflect the importance the party and the government attach to agriculture,rural areas and farmers.If we want to achieve rural revitalization,we must closely rely on farmers,and make farmers really grow into new professional farmers who understand technology,are good at management,seek a way out and love rural areas through training.However,with the continuous development of economy,the influx of rural youth labor force into the city makes the rural population structure unbalanced.The age of rural surplus labor force is too old and the quality is low,which is not conducive to the Rural Revitalization and the development of agricultural modernization in Jiexiu City.New professional farmers are the inevitable way to solve this problem,improve the enthusiasm of farmers in Jiexiu City to participate in training,give full play to farmers’ subjectivity,and help rural revitalization and agricultural modernization.Taking farmers in Jiexiu City as the research object,this thesis understands the current situation of farmers’ training in Jiexiu City through field investigation and multi-party inquiry,finds out the existing problems of training,finds out the significant factors affecting farmers’ training through logistic regression analysis,and puts forward reasonable countermeasures to improve farmers’ willingness to receive training and achieve the best training effect,To realize the great project of Rural Revitalization.Firstly,by reading a large number of relevant literature,learning relevant theories and concepts,and on this basis,set up a questionnaire on the influencing factors of farmers’ receiving new vocational farmers’ training in Jiexiu City,conduct household survey,collect and sort out information,analyze the current situation of farmers’ training in Jiexiu City and find out the existing problems,According to the actual situation and relevant data of Jiexiu City,the factors affecting farmers’ training are divided into four aspects:Farmers’ individual factors,farmers’ family factors,training cognitive factors and training demand factors.Then the logistic regression analysis is used to obtain the factors that affect the farmers’ willingness to receive training in Jiexiu City.The empirical analysis shows that the farmers’ age,educational level,the number of people engaged in agriculture within the family,the degree of understanding of new vocational farmers,the time period of training,the place of training and the object of training expenses have a significant impact.Finally,it puts forward reasonable suggestions on the problems in the training of new vocational farmers in Jiexiu City and the significant influencing factors affecting farmers’ receiving training.First,the local government should pay more attention to agricultural education and strengthen policy support.Use a variety of publicity means to improve farmers’ training enthusiasm and make more farmers participate in the training.Relevant training institutions shall conduct field visits and investigations before determining the training time and place,fully understand the training needs of farmers and enhance the training effect.
