Rural Revitalization is an important strategy to realize China’s agricultural and rural modernization,which is of great significance to promote China’s agricultural economy and rural development.With the acceleration of urbanization in China,rural areas are facing a series of urgent problems such as population aging,hollowing out and "who will farm the land" in the future.In order to solve the current prominent contradictions in rural areas and promote the construction of rural talent team,the state has formulated a large number of guidelines and policies,and carried out livelihood projects such as the cultivation of new professional farmers in rural areas,so as to fundamentally solve the problems of China’s rural development and provide talent guarantee for the construction of rural modernization.However,at present,China’s new vocational farmers’ training system is not mature,and there are still many problems in farmers’ training,which greatly limits the training effect of new vocational farmers,and restricts the healthy development of China’s agricultural economy and the implementation process of Rural Revitalization Strategy.Therefore,cultivating a group of excellent agricultural talents more efficiently has become the key to China’s agricultural and rural development.Based on human capital theory,labor mobility theory and lifelong education theory,this paper combs and analyzes the research on the related fields of new vocational farmers’ training at home and abroad,establishes the ideological and technical route for the research on the effectiveness and improvement of new vocational farmers’ training,deeply studies the training status of new vocational farmers in Susong County,Anhui Province,and analyzes the training situation of new vocational farmers through field visits and questionnaires,It is found that there are some problems in the training of new vocational farmers in Susong County,such as single access to information,unreasonable training arrangement and weak training management mechanism.Taking some farmers who participated in the training in Susong County as the survey object,the data were collected through questionnaire survey.The total effect of new vocational farmers’ training in Susong County was calculated by using four indicators: Farmers’ income level,production and management capacity,application degree of new technology and policy understanding,and the data were described and analyzed by SPSS 23 statistical analysis software,Taking the total training effectiveness as the dependent variable and selecting 13 independent variables to establish a multiple linear regression model,the influencing factors of farmers’ training effectiveness in Susong County are analyzed.It is found that there is a negative and significant relationship between age and farmers’ training effectiveness,and education level,working experience,enjoying agricultural policies,training times,curriculum practicability and teachers’ satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on Farmers’ training effectiveness,Based on this comprehensive analysis,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of new vocational farmers’ training,so as to provide new ideas for the cultivation of local new vocational farmers.
