Drama teaching method is a teaching method with dramatic elements and skills,derived from Dewey’s theory of "Learning by Doing".In 2001,the Ministry of Education initiated and promoted the national science education reform project " Learning by Doing ",which promoted the extension and practice of drama teaching methods in various places.From the reading of the text to the experience of drama,it is the expression of the idea of " Learning by Doing " in the teaching of Chinese subjects.The teaching method of drama adopts the student-centered teaching mode to improve the core literacy of Chinese in the practice of drama.At present,drama teaching method was widely used in the teaching of Chinese reading and writing,and emphasized students’ learning autonomy with the emphasis on situation,task and activity.In order to improve the learning autonomy of senior high school students and enrich the teaching methods of "Literary reading and writing" task group,this paper studied the teaching application of drama teaching method in this task group.Firstly,the paper explored the application basis and value of drama teaching method in the task group of " Literary reading and writing " in high school from both theoretical and practical aspects.Then it combed the common teaching and learning styles and teaching modes of drama teaching in the task group teaching of " Literary reading and writing " in high school.In the end,we selected the drama activities such as reading theatre,questioning role,textbook drama and monologue to be used in different literary genres such as poetry,prose,novel and drama respectively,in order to comb the teaching mode of drama teaching in the task group of " Literary reading and writing" in high school.In the teaching practice of drama teaching method,there are some problems such as insufficient communication between actor and audience and "excessive" performance of students away from the text.Teachers should improve the teaching skills of drama teaching method and use drama teaching method rationally to improve classroom teaching efficiency.Drama teaching method pays attention to mobilizing students’ learning autonomy,arousing students’ imagination and deepening students’ understanding of literary works in various theatrical activities,which was conducive to realizing the teaching goal of "Literary reading and writing" task group in high school.The author demonstrated the advantages of drama teaching in the task group of " Literary reading and writing" in high school from the aspects of embodied cognition theory,reader response theory and the need of Chinese teaching practice.It provided practical cases for the study of drama teaching in the task group of " Literary reading and writing" in high school.
