| The background of the current artificial intelligence era puts forward high-quality development requirements for my country’s higher education,the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents at the undergraduate level has become a hot spot of common concern between the country and the local government,the total number of local universities is large and the types are diversified,and they also shoulder the great responsibility of cultivating top-notch innovative talents.Study the training mode of top-notch undergraduate talents in local universities,can enrich talent training theory,promote the progress of top-notch innovative talent training practice and the improvement of the quality of talent training in local colleges and universities.However,there are still few studies on how local colleges and universities can cultivate top-notch innovative talents that meet the needs of local development according to their characteristics.This research focuses on the case analysis of the innovation class of N University,Use field research,interviews,observations,etc,collect relevant information and data of N University Innovation Class,understand its existing training model,results achieved and problems encountered,in order to provide reference for other fraternal colleges and universities with the exploratory experience of training top innovative talents in the innovation class of N University,through in-depth analysis of individual cases,we can see the exploration process and reform direction of local universities in the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents,better realize the goal of cultivating high-quality top-notch innovative talents.The content of this paper consists of five chapters,first discuss the problems and significance of this research,sort through the literature,define core concepts such as "local colleges and universities","top-notch innovative talents",and "talent training model",establish a theoretical basis for research.Secondly,review the development process of top-notch innovative talents training in local universities in our country,select N University Innovation Class as a case,develop an analysis of the training model of top-notch innovative talents for undergraduates in local universities based on the collected data and materials.Finally,reflect on the current situation of the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in local universities,propose suggestions for local universities to develop top-notch undergraduate innovative talents.The study found taking N University as an example,there are obvious differences between local universities and high-level universities affiliated to the Ministry in the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents,shows the three characteristics of being inseparable from local development,taking prestigious school imitation as the main body,and being based on resource constraints,facts problems such as unclear reform direction,insufficient implementation of training system,and involution of student development in training practice.Therefor,this study believes that when the government is formulating the concept and planning should to get rid of the misunderstanding of concepts,establish the training goals of local characteristics,and provide institutional guarantees for them.Schools should pay attention to interest stimulation,control the quality of each link of selection,training,and evaluation in carrying out training practice.Individual students must have a clear self-awareness,strengthen their intrinsic motivation,actively communicate with teachers and students,and actively participate in social practice when participating in the training plan。... |
