Since the introduction of "Qian Xuesen's Question",the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in China has received increasing attention from all walks of life.With the accelerated advancement of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,the entire society requires higher and higher talents,especially top-notch innovative talents.In order to meet the new needs of top-notch innovative talents in the new era of social development,college students 'practical ability and innovation ability need to be further strengthened.In recent years,many colleges and universities in our country,especially research universities,have made a lot of explorations in the training mode of top-notch innovative talents.The practice of school-enterprise cooperation at home and abroad has proved that school-enterprise cooperation is an effective way to cultivate top-notch innovative talents,and it is also the future trend of talent training reform.In order to fully understand the development status of the joint cultivation of top-notch innovative talents by research universities and enterprises in our country,this study carried out a study on the mode of joint cultivation of top-notch innovative talents by research universities and enterprises,hoping to provide a reference for China's universities to deepen the reform of talent cultivation.Basing on the organizational form of school-enterprise joint training and the main body of talent training,this study divides the mode of joint cultivation of top-notch innovative talents by China's research universities and enterprises into three modes: the mode of putting the school into the enterprise,the mode of school-enterprise co-construction and the mode of attracting enterprises into universities.Firstly,the case analysis method is used to analyze in detail the practice of joint training of top innovative talents by various research universities and enterprises,and discuss and analyze the typical characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of each training mode.Then through a systematic comparison and analysis of the three major training models,it revealed the five common characteristics of the school-enterprise joint training of top-notch innovative talent models: one is to build a school-enterprise collaborative education platform to coordinate the division of responsibilities between the two parties;secondly,facing the needs of the industry,set training objectives around the three elements of top-notch innovative talent training;third,focus on individualized development of students,and set up cutting-edge training content in stages and modules;fourth,focus on scientific research practices and implement research-based teaching;fifth,innovate talent training mechanism and highlight students main body.And found that these models are different in the aspects of "organization form of joint training of schools and enterprises,the degree of enterprises participating in joint training,the focus of training content,and the specific training path at each stage".Then by analyzing the actual problems reflected in each case and comparing the growth rules of top-notch innovative talents,it is found that there are five major problems in the implementation process of the joint training of top-notch innovative talents between research universities and enterprises: the system of joint training is not perfect,and the implementation of personalized training plans is not put in place,pay too much attention to the practice training of scientific research projects,the lack of communication between universities and enterprises,and the role played by the government is very limited.Finally,in view of the problems and disadvantages of the above modes,this paper constructs a new mode of joint training of top-notch innovative talents by research universities and enterprises--the "school-enterprise close interaction" model.
