Training Ways Research Of Innovative Talents In Local Colleges And Universities

With the advancement of technology and rapid development of economy, human society is gradually entering the era that knowledge promote economy. In the time of knowledge as the principal part, which boosts development of economy, innovative talents become the main force of social progress, and training this type of talents also becomes the focus of research around the countries of the world. Higher education is a key way to cultivate high-level, high-quality and well-rounded talents, which shoulder the heavy responsibilities of training innovative talents to promote the development of the state and society. The role in cultivating innovative talents that colleges and universities play is more prominent, especially after the slogan of constructing an innovative country was put forward. Studying of training innovative talents in local colleges and universities, as an important part of the national higher education, has great theoretical and practical significance.The study about the methods of training innovative talents in local colleges and universities, based on refering to literature and grasping the domestic and foreign research tendency, analyses and elucidates the meaning and qualities of "innovative talents", then compares the characteristics about cultivation of innovative talents in domestic and foreign and summarizes the successful experiences in high-quality personnel cultivation. Last, take JiangXi Agricultural University as example, it will carry out the research by questionnaire and sample survey on the undergraduate, and use SPSS17.0 to analyze statistic data, which acquire from relevant research on cultivation of innovative talents.Through analyzing the data, this study show some main problems of local colleges and universities in training innovative talents including the innovative ideas and objectives is not understood completely, the reform of training content and manner is slower, and the environment of talent cultivation needs to be improved. In view of these problems above, and combining with experience on cultivation of innovate talents in colleges and universities in domestic and foreign,this paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions about the way to train innovative talents in local colleges and universities, such as the innovative ideas and objectives, curriculum system, school characteristic, teaching mode, teaching staff, the talent training environment and evaluation system.
