| Since the general plan of "Double Tops" construction was put forward in 2015,it and the two national talent development strategies of top-notch innovative talent training complement and complement each other,constantly pushing China’s higher education to a new level.The implementation of "Double First-class" strategy is the external guarantee for the training of top-notch innovative talents,while the training of top-notch innovative talents is the natural result of the construction of "Double First-class".Graduate education in higher education,at the top of the pyramid of talent cultivation idea,target,process,content,pattern reflects the top-notch innovative talents training in such aspects as the basic requirements,therefore,in the process of construction of "double top",to highlight a first-rate,emphasis on connotation,ensure the quality,must pay attention to the graduate student top creative talents training.With "Double First-class" construction as the background and entry point,this study discusses the importance of the training of top-notch innovative talents for graduate students from the perspective of policy and theory,and through the construction of the basic elements of the training model for top-notch innovative talents for graduate students,the influence factors of the training model for top-notch innovative talents for graduate students are discussed from the empirical level.On the basis of analyzing the training mode of top-notch innovative talents for graduate students in domestic and foreign first-class universities,this paper provides useful experience and effective path reference for the training mode of top-notch innovative talents for graduate students in China from the perspective of practice.This paper first introduces the basis and purpose of the research,significance and domestic and foreign related research review.Secondly,on the basis of sorting out the concepts of "double first-class" construction,top innovative postgraduate talents,talent training mode and so on,the embeddedness and adaptability of elite education theory,innovative education theory and university functional theory to this study are discussed.Again the factor analysis and empirical research,by building the training target,training process,support conditions,the five elements of quality assurance and evaluation on the basis of graduate student of top creative talents cultivation model elements model,based on the element model self-control scale in wuhan area part of the "double top" college graduate study,This paper analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of the training mode of top-notch innovative talents for graduate students,and analyzes the problems and reasons.Thirdly,this paper makes a comparative study of Humboldt University of Berlin,Johns Hopkins University,Peking University,Tianjin University and other first-class universities at home and abroad,and provides useful experience and inspiration for the research on the training mode of top-notch innovative postgraduate talents in China.Finally,on the basis of element analysis,empirical research,discussion of problems and comparative reference,the framework and reform path of the training mode for top-notch postgraduate innovative talents in China are constructed from five dimensions,including training objectives,training processes,supporting conditions,quality assurance and evaluation system.It is of profound theoretical significance and practical value to explore the training mode of top-notch innovative talents for graduate students under the background of "double first-class",to accelerate the construction of "double first-class",to promote the training of innovative talents in China and to implement the strategy of strengthening the country with talents. |
