Small basketball is a sport designed according to the physical and mental development characteristics of primary school students and convenient for primary school students to pass,transport,throw and other technical actions.Small basketball reduces the threshold for students to participate in sports and increases the fun of students to participate in sports.With the development and promotion of this sport on campus,one of the directions of teaching reform is to constantly enrich teaching methods and effectively improve teaching effect."Layered asynchronous" teaching method is a teaching process that combines the hierarchical division according to the characteristics of students and the guidance of asynchronous teaching.According to the specific conditions and standards of students,create groups at different levels,set different teaching objectives,achieve different teaching contents,change the teaching contents according to the proficiency of students,teach students according to their aptitude,and stimulate the enthusiasm of students’autonomous learning from the inside.Through the comparative analysis of the three dimensions of students’ learning and mastery of small basketball technology,physical quality and learning motivation before and after the experiment,the experiment explores the advantages and disadvantages of"layered asynchronous" teaching method and traditional teaching method,so as to provide empirical reference for enriching small basketball teaching methods.The research conclusions are as follows:1.In the aspect of improving students’ basic skills of small basketball,the experimental group is significantly different from the control group after passing the experiment.It shows that compared with traditional teaching,the "layered asynchronous"teaching method can better promote students’ mastery of technology in improving students’basic skills of small basketball,and can have an effective positive impact on students’technical performance at different levels.2.In terms of "layered asynchronous" teaching method in improving students’physical quality training,the experimental group has improved compared with the control group after the experiment,but there is no significant difference,indicating that the two teaching methods have a positive impact on students’ physical quality.However,there is little difference between "layered asynchronous" teaching method and traditional teaching method in students’ physical quality.2.There are significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in improving students’ self-confidence and learning motivation.The results show that the "layered asynchronous" teaching method is more obvious than the traditional teaching method in improving students’ self-confidence and learning motivation.4.Using "layered asynchronous" teaching method in primary school basketball curriculum can effectively improve students’ classroom participation,cultivate students’learning ability of independent research,and guide students to gradually develop the learning habit of independent thinking.In terms of classroom interaction and collective honor,it improves students’ classroom experience,promotes students’ learning and communication in and out of class,and comprehensively improves the teaching effectAccording to the research conclusion,the following suggestions are put forward:1."Layered asynchronous" teaching method plays a significant role in students’ skill mastery and achievement improvement,but it also needs to be combined with traditional teaching methods.The two teaching methods draw on each other’s strengths and complement each other’s advantages,so as to ensure that students can obtain a better classroom experience in learning.2.In the process of implementing the "layered asynchronous" teaching method,we should have a clear understanding of students’ basic quality,learning tendency and related psychological development,reasonably arrange teaching tasks,and avoid the situation of"fueling the seedlings" and increasing students’ learning pressure.3."Layered asynchronous" teaching method can effectively improve students’ love of sports and cultivate students’ curious and competitive exploration psychology.At the same time,teachers can also reasonably use praise and encouragement to bring students a sense of satisfaction and achievement psychologically,create a good learning atmosphere and let students form a confident,optimistic and loving learning attitude.4.Compared with the traditional teaching method,the "layered asynchronous"teaching method has no obvious difference in students’ physical quality.Because the focus of this study is the research on the basic technology of small basketball,the special physical quality is only auxiliary teaching,and the technology and physical practice cooperate with each other,so there is no more systematic development of students’physical quality.The "layered asynchronous" teaching method needs to further strengthen more systematic and professional experiments for verification. |
