Basketball was originally developed from the game and entertainment is the original feature of basketball.Basketball teaching can promote the common development of moral education,intellectual education,sports and aesthetic education.It is a socialized form of human beings,which requires the realization of the "people-oriented" humanistic education concept in activities.Focus on the acquisition of motor skills,pursue the release and interest of participants and the satisfaction of needs;emphasize the balance between individuals and groups,respect individual achievement needs,and pay attention to personal responsibility;encourage fair competition,and advocate mutual cooperation and support;It can not only improve the physiological functions of human beings,but also promote the improvement of personality literacy and spiritual realm.Compared with the lower and middle grades,the physical psychology of the upper grade students has changed greatly.It has begun to move towards the early stage of puberty,the distraction is easy to distract,the self-control is insufficient,the motivation level is not high,and the collective consciousness is enhanced.Strong dependence and teacher-orientedness;at the same time,some teachers have backward teaching methods and single teaching methods,ignoring the cultivation of students’ interest in sports,which leads to their low interest in basketball learning and their lack of good motor skills.Through the investigation and research on the characteristics of the upper primary school students and their interest in basketball class,this paper specially designed a set of "fun basketball" teaching scheme suitable for the physical and mental characteristics of primary school students,and carried out experimental research.The purpose is to stimulate their interest in basketball learning,improve the basic skills of basketball,improve health and enhance physical fitness.This paper mainly uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method to conduc t research and research,based on sports psychology and basketball sports teaching.From the internal needs of senior students in primary school and the external incentives,they designed a set of "fun basketball" teaching programs adapted to their physiological and psychological characteristics.This program mainly consists of basketball aerobics,rope ladder practice,and team competitive basketball.Compilation of games and goals.Through the experiment,the following conclusions are drawn:1 The factors influencing the interest of basketball in upper primary school students mainly include internal needs and external incentives.2 In the basketball class teaching of the Beijing Gymnasium Road Elementary School Experimental Class,the use of the “fun basketball” teaching program is feasible and effective,which not only helps to stimulate students’ interest in basketball,but also helps to improve student basketball.Basic technology.3 In the process of basketball technology teaching,the use of the "fun basketball" teaching program can not only play the leading role of teachers,but also give full play to the subjectivity of students.Students are proactively learning the basic skills of basketball and developing teamwork skills to meet the development and needs of students.
