| Sports games are an important part of compulsory Education Physical education and Health Curriculum Standards,and also students’ favorite way of exercise.But because of the traditional sports teaching in teachers’ importance understanding does not reach the designated position of sports games,sports games is usually used to adjust the teaching tension,reward the students study hard,not closely teaching contents and students’demands for clever design and innovation,leading to blindness in sports games in the classroom "stack",directly affect the efficiency of the sports games.This study chooses sports game teaching method as the research object,hoping to study the influence of game teaching method and traditional teaching method on students’ body and mind through teaching practice,and explore the feasibility and effectiveness of sports game teaching method in practical application,so as to enrich the research on sports game teaching application in primary school PHYSICAL education course.This paper mainly uses literature method,questionnaire method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,to Shanghai Meiluo Jiayuan No.1 primary school two classes of students in grade four teaching experiment.The experimental class and the control class were randomly selected for the 16-week teaching experiment.The experimental class is taught by sports game teaching method,while the control class is taught by traditional teaching method.The main purpose of this study is to explore the influence of sports game teaching method on students’physical quality and sports interest level by comparing the experimental results.Research results:1.The experimental and control classes showed very significant differences(P<0.01)in the changes of physical quality before and after the experiment.2.After the experiment,the discrepancy between the experimental class and the control class was very remarkable(P<0.01)for sitting forward bend and one-minute jump rope,and there was no considerable difference(P>0.05)for lung capacity and 50-meter run between the groups.3.The experimental classes before and after the experiment had significant differences(P<0.01)in the four aspects of sports participation,positive interest in physical education learning,negativity interest in physical education learning,and degree of independent learning,while the control classes had no significant differences(P>0.05)in sports participation and positive interest in physical education learning,and significant differences(P<0.05)in negativity interest in physical education learning and degree of independent learning..4.The difference between the experimental class and the control class in the four dimensions of sports interest was very remarkable after the experiment(P<0.01).Research conclusion:1.Both sports game teaching method and traditional teaching method have their own advantages in influencing students’ physical quality,which is conducive to developing students’ physical quality.2.Sports game teaching method is more conducive to giving play to students’subjectivity,increasing students’ sports experience and improving students’ participation in sports.3.Sports game teaching is easier for students to reduce their negative emotions and improve their positive emotions in a relaxed and pleasant game atmosphere,so as to change their attitude towards sports learning and stimulate their interest in sports.4.Sports game teaching method guides students to master learning methods and improve independent learning ability of sports by cultivating students’ interest in sports. |
