With the deepening of education and teaching reform,physical education in colleges and universities usher in new opportunities for development,and the integration of classroom teaching and information technology is imperative.Micro-video has been widely used in teaching by educators because of its "short,fast and precise" characteristics.In traditional PE classroom teaching,teachers mainly teach the students what they have learned by means of action demonstration and language explanation,while students carry out imitation exercises,which is not conducive to the cultivation of students’ interest in learning and the improvement of their independent learning ability.Due to the particularity of physical education,the audio-visual function of micro-video can be fully used in teaching,combined with the teacher’s explanation and demonstration,to give students more sensory stimulation,better stimulate students’ interest in learning physical education,so as to improve the teaching effect.In this paper,literature method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method and other research methods are used to verify the auxiliary role of micro-video in badminton teaching through a semester of teaching experiment.80 students from the 2020 badminton option class of Zhengzhou University were selected as the experimental objects,and micro video intervention was conducted on the students.After the experiment,the experimental data of the students in terms of basic physical quality,basic badminton skills and learning interest were compared and analyzed.The results are as follows:(1)Through the examination of students’ forehand backcourt high and far shot,students in the experimental class were higher than those in the control class in terms of landing point standard and technical evaluation(P < 0.05),especially in technical evaluation.The results show that micro-video assisted teaching can effectively help students to master the action essentials of forehand high backcourt shot(2)Through the examination of students’ forehand hitting high and long shot,students in the experimental class were higher than those in the control class in terms of landing point standard and technical evaluation(P < 0.05).The results show that micro-video assisted teaching can effectively help students to grasp the essentials of forehand hitting high and long ball.(3)Micro-video-assisted teaching can effectively mobilize students’ interest in learning and enthusiasm for practice.Under the intervention of micro-video,students’ learning initiative and practice enthusiasm are improved,and it is beneficial to cultivate students’ awareness of physical exercise.(4)Micro-video-assisted teaching is beneficial to improve students’ cognitive level of badminton theory.The theoretical performance of the experimental class was better than that of the control class,and there was a significant difference in the understanding and mastery of the theoretical knowledge of badminton between the two classes(P < 0.05).(5)Micro-video-assisted teaching has an obvious effect on physical education teaching.Under the intervention of micro-video,students’ comprehensive scores,teacher-student interaction degree and independent error correction ability of the experimental class were all higher than those of the control class.(6)There was no significant difference in basic physical fitness between the experimental class and the control class before and after the experiment(P > 0.05).It can be seen that in a short period,micro-video-assisted teaching and traditional teaching have the same effect on students’ basic physical quality.Advice:(1)Promote the application and implementation of micro-video in physical education teaching.Schools should further improve the establishment of micro-video teaching mode,make full use of the advantages of micro-video and combine it with traditional teaching methods to help students understand the essentials of technical movements correctly.(2)In the teaching process,teachers should pay attention to the quality of micro-video teaching resources.On the basis of traditional teaching,we should give full play to the advantages of micro-video teaching,further stimulate students’ interest in learning,and arrange teaching contents reasonably and efficiently according to the differences of students’ development.(3)In the use of micro-videos,attention should be paid to improving the information literacy of teachers and students.Teachers and students should strengthen their ability to process network information and promote the further development of micro-video-assisted teaching in college physical education.(4)In the process of physical education teaching,attention should be paid to improve students’ sports skills and sports theoretical knowledge of the simultaneous teaching,so as to increase students’ knowledge and understanding of sports.(5)The improvement of motor skills cannot be separated from the support of physical fitness.Teachers should emphasize the importance of physical fitness in teaching,pay attention to the comprehensive teaching of students’ physical fitness and motor skills,and strengthen the exercise density of physical fitness.
