In track and field teaching,more and more attention to the teaching quality,students' physica l quality and the psych ological quality of the overall development,give full play to students main rol e in teachi ng reform has become a focus,since the implementation of the new curriculum,more and m ore expert s and scholars make related theoret ica l ex ploration and pract ice constantly,for improving the cause the traditional track and field class boring and difficult technology and other reasons the students dislike the track and field cl ass phenomenon.After analyzing and summarizi ng,it is found t hat most of the innovations are focused on the new phys ical education teaching mode and t he new physical education teaching method.In this study,m icro video teaching in Javelin Teaching,implementation is respectively carried out in t wo classes of mi cro vi deo teaching and traditional teaching,compara tive analysis of these two kinds of teaching methods to improve student interest in learning,to master the javelin t echnology,sports perfor mance,findi ng out the problems,anal yz e and solve the problems and improve the learni ng ability and so on.The change,focusing on the micro video teaching method in t he cours e of the javel in to the students in the students' interes t in learning,master the j avelin technical movements and res ults,found the problem,analyz e and s olve t he problems.The resea rch methods of literature research,experi ment,questionnai re and data statistics in the study of the experimental teaching,in accordance with the overall layout,select two classes,for Javelin Teaching and learni ng,the students in the experimental class teaching in the micro video teachi ng method,the control class to carry out the javeli n technology teaching in the traditional t eaching,analysis of the questionnaires and statistical data through the experiments,we get the following conclusions:1.In the Javelin Teaching,variable control method using the same place,the same amount of hours long equipment,different methods of teaching the students of the two groups.Found in two different teaching met hods,the ex perimental group object the sel f-re gulated learni ng ability of hi ghe r than the control group,and exper imenta l group stude nts can disco ver the problems,solve probl ems independ ent ly;while the control group students depend on the teacher is relatively large.2.In the t wo groups of s tudent s on Javelin compared experimental group of boys in t he technical evaluation standard and average score of two was hi ghe r t han thecontrol gr oup;whil e the increase in st udents' javeli n technical level and standard grades,but has shown great significant difference.Press ure.3.In the Javelin Teachi ng combination compared t o the tradi tional sports teaching and micro video teaching can enabl e students to understand and gr asp the teaching content of the course,with more vivi d and intuiti ve way,i nstead of the traditional mode of action skil l for abstract cogniti on and learning,therefore,can signi fica ntly improve the s tudent s study subj ects of interest in learning.4.C ompared with the traditional teaching method of micro video teaching method in Javelin Teaching process,micro video teaching method has the following advantages: improve the students to find out the independent problem solving abi lity of students' abilit y to significantly i mprove the ful ly arous e students' curios ity caused by the desire for.
