Labor education is a necessary component of students’ of the development of The Times to carry out labor education.The development of human beings is attributed to the role of labor,all-round development,and it is labor makes man,labor is the source of power to promote the continuous progress an inevitable trend of human civilization.At the same time,the labor education in primary school is the foundation of education.The implementation of primary school labor education is of far-reaching significance to the personal of the country and society growth of students and the with the continuous attention,development of the society.In recent years,the practice status in China has been improved,but its of labor education in primary schools effectiveness is not high.In the new era,labor education,as one of the five simultaneous education has been given a new mission.Through the use of literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,based on a certain amount of teachers、students and their parents from 40 primary schools of different characters,the study investigated the implementation of the labor education in primary school.The following problems are found in the practice of current elementary school labor education: First,the labor literacy of primary school students is low;The main performance of which is that there is deviation in primary school students’ understanding of labor,weak labor consciousness and insufficient labor ability;Second,the subject status of labor education is not high;Third,the security of school labor education is insufficient;Fourth,the exploitation and utilization of social resources is insufficient.Through analysis,the main reasons for these problems are listed as follows: the deviation of labor values,insufficient guarantee of labor education by the government and the education department,the influence of exam-oriented education,imperfect curriculum system and evaluation mechanism of school labor education,insufficient cooperation between family,society and school.In view of these problems and causes,this study puts forward the following optimization strategies from the government,school,society,family and other aspects:First,the school should establish correct labor values;Secondly,the government should perfect the labor education guarantee mechanism,including perfecting the policy guarantee,perfecting the supervision and evaluation method,and guaranteeing the activity funds.Third,the school should s labor education curriculum,including the establishment of the objectives,implementation and optimization of labor education curriculum;Fourth,the school should strengthen the construction of teachers;Fifth,the school should perfect the labor education school curriculum evaluation mechanism;Sixth,a long-term trengthen the construction of mechanism of cooperative education between family,community and school should be formed;Expect that the further development of primary labor education in China can be promoted and the construction of education power can be sped up.
