| Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core adheres to the principle of "taking the people as the center and elevating national fitness into a national strategy",the 14th Five-Year Plan for Sports Development in 2021 points out that it supports colleges and universities to build high-level sports teams,focuses on the "three Big ball" collective ball events,establishes a system and mechanism linking national and provincial teams with the construction of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities,and gives strong support to the training,competition and security of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities.Since the 1980s of last century,we have been exploring the construction of pilot schools for high-level volleyball sports teams.In the course of the development of the past 40 years,"high-level volleyball sports teams" have become an important component of the work of college sports.The level of athletics volleyball players has gradually improved,and the ability of applying tactics and techniques has also become an embodiment of the comprehensive strength of sports teams.The explosive power of lower extremity is the basic quality that athletes need to use various technical links.Among them,the vertical jump height is an important factor for the athletes to gain the advantage in the net,and the moving speed is the link of the athletes to connect the technical links in the game.It can be seen that the lower limb explosive power of volleyball players is the most basic and important special physical quality,which is an important factor affecting the play of skills and tactics.Therefore,this paper takes the men’s volleyball players of Minzu University of China as the experimental subjects,and carries out SPARQ training and routine physical training on them,so as to seek the physical training program to effectively improve the lower limb explosive power of volleyball players,and then provides theoretical basis and practical reference for the physical training program to improve the lower limb explosive power of high-level volleyball players in colleges and universities.Through the 8-week experimental intervention,The pre-and post-test data of the eight evaluation indicators were compared and analyzed,and the following main conclusions were drawn:1.After the experiment,the test scores of the lower limb explosiveness evaluation index of the experimental group and the control group were improved to different degrees compared with the pre-test test.2.After the experiment,the improvement effect of the test score of the lower limb explosiveness evaluation index in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the test score of the control group.3.SPARQ training can effectively accelerate the speed of multi-direction al foot movement of the test athletes,improve the ability of the test athletes to specialize in vertical jumps,and SPARQ training has a significant effect on improving the lower limb explosiveness of the high-level men’s volleyba ll team of the Minzu University of China.4.SPARQ training has a good effect on improving the rapid strength of volleyball players’ lower limbs in the short term;Conventional physical training has a better effect on improving the absolute strength of athletes’ lower limbs,but the results of vertical jump height and movement speed are not as good as SPARQ training. |
