In this paper,30 north university of China sports college volleyball professional athletes and 30 Fei students as experimental instrument,using the " pro 5 HP" shaking table as experimental instrument,using literature search method,expert interview,experimental method,mathematical statistics and other methods,vibration training on the lower limb power and vibration frequency of volleyball players,explore the relationship between shoulder,elbow joint upper limb strength and lower limb power and vibration frequency.Put forward the appropriate vibration strength training strategy to promote the appropriate vibration strength training to the social public level to provide support.Research results are as follows:(1)It is inversely proportional between the vibration frequency and vibration training effect,with 2 mm as amplitude and vibration frequency changes between 30 Hz-45 Hz.(2)The vibration training with 2 mm as amplitude and 35 hz as vibration frequency has better effects on the tester at about eight weeks,adapted to promote shoulder elbow muscle strength and explosive force of lower limbs of the regular of testers.(3)The affected by tester's shoulder elbow flexor less than to be affected by the tester's shoulder elbow extensor under the different frequencies of vibration training.(4)The shoulders elbows vibration stimulation effect from poor to good order as: onset of vibration for professional groups,professional shoulder elbow vibration,non-professional group onset of vibration,non-professional groups shoulder elbow vibration.Lower limbs explosive vibration stimulation effect from poor to good order as: onset of vibration,the professional vibration lower limb group for professional and non-professional group onset of vibration,non-professional group lower vibration.(5)The vibration training with 2 mm as amplitude and 30 Hz as vibration frequency on the tester's shoulder elbow muscle strength and lower limbs explosive effect is best,adapted to the routine training of athletes.The results of this study provides support for vibration training strategy suitable for the public training,maximum improve the athletes' body bounce ability,flexibility,coordination and balance ability.
