As the highest level of academic education,graduate education is an important symbol of a country’s development level and development potential.It shoulders the sacred mission of high-level talent training and innovation.Therefore,we should deeply understand the significance of graduate education.With the reform of graduate enrollment policy,the overall scale of graduate students shows an upward trend,while the number of graduate tutors remains basically unchanged in a certain period,resulting in the imbalance of the proportion of teachers and students.At this time,off campus part-time tutors,as a unique group,began to receive attention,which can not only alleviate the tension of teacher-student ratio,but also strengthen academic exchanges and promote the cross campus flow of high-quality teacher resources.However,due to the inconvenience of distance,part-time tutors outside the school are inevitably insufficient in the guidance of postgraduates.Therefore,it is of practical significance to explore the problems and Countermeasures of cultivating postgraduates.This study takes the off campus part-time tutors of pedagogical principles and the master’s students trained by them as the survey object,investigates the situation of off campus part-time tutors training master’s students by means of literature research and interview,rationally analyzes and processes the survey results,explores the existing problems and deep-seated reasons,and puts forward optimization suggestions.Based on the job responsibilities and training contents of part-time tutors,this study investigated and analyzed the situation of off campus part-time tutors training master students from four aspects: academic moral guidance,schoolwork guidance,scientific research guidance and others.The investigation found that the problems and reasons existing in the process of off campus part-time tutors Training Master Students are as follows: first,off campus part-time tutors ignore the content of graduate students’ academic moral guidance,and their awareness of academic moral guidance is not strong;Second,part-time tutors outside the school lack guidance on the learning process of graduate courses and have not participated in the design and implementation of graduate courses;Third,part-time tutors outside the school are ineffective in guiding Postgraduates’ scientific research,busy in work and unable to take care of themselves;Fourth,there is a lack of part-time tutors outside the school,Graduate Students’ psychological attention and guidance,and the communication between teachers and students is not smooth.Based on this,in order to give full play to the training advantages of part-time tutors,it is necessary to further clarify the responsibilities of part-time tutors,the state,schools and other relevant subjects.This study puts forward the following suggestions: Part-time tutors outside the school should enhance their awareness of academic moral guidance and consciously guide graduate students’ academic moral content;Off campus part-time tutors should have an in-depth understanding of the graduate curriculum design and actively participate in the curriculum implementation;Off campus part-time tutors should earnestly perform the guiding duties of postgraduates and strengthen the guidance of Postgraduates’ scientific research ability;Part time tutors outside the school should firmly grasp the theory of psychological counseling and give full play to the leading role of graduate students’ psychological counseling;The state and schools should also provide corresponding support and guidance,formulate and improve relevant policies for part-time tutors,and improve the training quality of postgraduates. |
