also a practical problem that colleges and universities are constantly exploring in implementing the fundamental task of "cultivating virtues and talents" and establishing a team of high-quality teachers.The research on the "long-term mechanism" and the introduction of the development plan of the ideological and political course teachers in private colleges and universities provide a guarantee for the construction of a high-quality,stable and professional ideological and political course teachers in private colleges and universities,which is the key to running the ideological and political course well,the only way to promote the high-quality development of private colleges and universities,and also the meaning of the topic of the modernization of Chinese education.Through the study,combined with the characteristics of the school-running flexibility of private colleges and universities,it is proposed that "long-term" has the characteristics of long-term,systematic and adjustable,which reflects the law of the unity of opposites,the law of energy transformation and the law of resultant force in the operation of "long-term mechanism".The basic contents of the long-term mechanism for the construction of ideological and political course teachers in private colleges and universities include: selection mechanism,promotion mechanism,stability mechanism,security mechanism,withdrawal mechanism,etc.The long-term mechanism for the construction of ideological and political course teachers in private colleges and universities has the characteristics of supply and demand effectiveness,comprehensive innovation,precision and timeliness,flexible coordination and so on.The study is based on Marx’s Supply and Demand Theory,the thought of the Communist Party of China on the construction of teachers,Synergetics Theory and the theory of human resource management,and puts forward the views of "the supply side of the teachers of ideological and political courses in private colleges and universities" and "the synergy of the long-term mechanism of the teachers of ideological and political courses in private colleges and universities".Private colleges and universities should grasp the "long-term mechanism",speed up organizational reform and mechanism innovation,promote the long-term mechanism construction of ideological and political course teachers,and train socialist builders and successors.Shandong Province,as a major education province in China,has 42 private colleges and universities,which is representative of the development of private colleges and universities in China.This study takes the current situation of the long-term mechanism for the construction of ideological and political course teachers in private colleges and universities in Shandong Province as an example,and obtains relevant data through investigation through website inquiry,network questionnaire survey of "Wen Juan Xing",telephone communication,field visits and other methods,which serve as the basis for the research.It is found that the academic research and practical exploration on the long-term mechanism of ideological and political course teacher team construction in private colleges and universities in Shandong Province have made some achievements,but there are still some problems.First of all,the idea of running a school is not accurate,and the emphasis on long-term mechanism is not enough;Secondly,the system needed to build a long-term mechanism is not perfect;Moreover,the necessary "booster" for the construction of long-term mechanism plays a insufficient role;Finally,the teachers of ideological and political courses have some problems in political quality and professional ability.Problem-oriented,from the overall development planning of private colleges and universities lack the top-level design of long-term mechanism of ideological and political teaching team construction;There is a shortage in the long-term mechanism of ideological and political course teacher team construction in private colleges;The state,society and private colleges and universities have not formed a strong resultant force on the long-term mechanism of the construction of ideological and political course teachers.Private colleges and universities ideological and political course teachers personal level four dimensions analysis of the problem,looking for effective ways to solve the problem.Through the research,the practical path of the construction of the long-term mechanism of ideological and political course teachers in private colleges and universities is mainly from the following five aspects,so as to gather energy and transform it into the resultant force of construction,and constantly promote the construction of the long-term mechanism of ideological and political course teachers in private colleges and universities.First,strengthen the top-level design of the long-term mechanism for the construction of ideological and political course teachers in private universities,coordinate the relationship between supply and demand,and implement the coordination and linkage of the construction of long-term mechanism;Second,the idea of updating the long-term mechanism of the construction of ideological and political course teachers in private colleges in the aspects of political position and
