Education is the future of a country or nation.Preschool education is the foundation of basic education,the foundation of education,and the top priority of education.With the attention of society and the country to preschool education,the appeal of scholars and the introduction of related policies,more and more eyes are turning to the group of preschool teachers.Kindergarten teachers are currently facing problems such as low status and treatment,which in turn affects motivation and willingness to teach,causing serious instability and loss of this group.The development of preschool education depends to a large extent on in-service teachers.The improvement and stability of the teacher team plays an important role in improving the quality of preschool education.This study mainly investigated the motivation and willingness of 220 preschool teachers through questionnaire surveys and interviews.By analyzing the motivation and willingness to teach,and the relationship between the two,to understand the current situation of motivation and willingness to teach,As well as their influencing factors,some suggestions for improving teachers' willingness to teach and stabilizing the teaching team are put forward.Firstly,the reasons for the topic selection,the significance of the topic selection,the concept definition,and the existing research are summarized and summarized.Secondly,the research ideas,research contents and research methods of this research are explained,the selection of the questionnaire objects and the basic information of the selected objects are explained,and the reliabilityand validity of the questionnaires are analyzed.Thirdly,the current situation of the motivation and willingness of the front-line teachers participating in the survey is described,the relationship between the two is analyzed,and the influencing factors are summarized and analyzed.Finally,the conclusions of this research are appropriately summarized.From the perspectives of individual teachers and the society of the park,suggestions are proposed to help stabilize the teaching team.I hope that it can be used as a reference for kindergarten teachers and kindergartens.
