Intuitive teaching is a teaching method that uses teaching aids as sensory transmitters and presents them to students in certain ways and methods to improve the efficiency and effect of learning.The types of intuitive teaching include object intuitions,image intuitions and verbal intuitions.Thinkers and educators such as Mohr,Rabelais,Montaigne,Comenius,Frobel,Ushinski,Dewey,Pestalozzi,xunzi and Chen heqin have expounded on intuitive teaching.Different intuitive teaching methods will have different effects,and you can choose the right method in different situations.The best way to teach intuitively is to let the students do it and apply the theory to practice.Students succeed when they can solve practical problems with what they have learned.The students of class 6 Senior 1 and class 8 Senior 1 of grade 2018 in Sucheng No.1 Middle School Anhui are taken as the research objects for a comparative teaching experiment.It is found that experiments can improve students’ understanding of knowledge and improve their exam results.The author takes class 21 Senior 3,class 25 Senior 3,class 27 Senior 3,class 28 Senior 3 of Grade 2018 in Sucheng No.1 Middle School Anhui as the research objects.It is found that using intuitive methods can improve students’ understanding of abstract knowledge.Most students think that using 3D simulation stereo image is the best way to understand the question in this research。Based the result on the questionnaire survey of 200 teachers in China,the author investigates the application of intuitive teaching methods in biology classes in senior high school and finds that only 11%of the teachers understand intuitive teaching very well;82.5%of the teachers often use textbook illustrations;56.5%of the teachers often use plate painting;only 19%of the teachers often use the model;Teachers who often use wallcharts account for only 7.5%;Only 11.5%of the students are often asked to make models only;Teachers who often use multimedia account for 64.5%;Schools with Specimen libraries account for 49.5%;2.5%of teachers often use specimens;Those who often use living creatures in class account for 2%;1.5%of the teachers often take their students to conduct field investigations;6%of teachers often do demonstration experiments in class;Teachers who often let students do experiments account for only 17%;With regard to the extraction and separation of pigments from green leaves,55%of the teachers would ask students to carry out the experiment.These results are a clear indication that many intuitive teaching methods are not used frequently and students’participation is not high in class.This may have something to do with the current high school teaching model.Without changing the current teaching mode and giving students more autonomous time,there is no way to fully develop intuitive teaching.Another questionnaire survey is conducted among my 224 students.It is found that 93.7%of the students affirmed the important role of textbook illustrations;79.0%of the students think plate paintings are useful;63.8%of the students have never made models;74.6%of the students think biological models are useful;89.3%of the students think multimedia is useful;45.1%of the students think specimen are not important;77.7%of the students think using living things in class is useful;86.1%of the students think demonstrative experiments are useful.76%of the students think that textbook illustrations and board drawings can promote their learning;69.8%of the students think that multimedia can promote learning well and hope that teachers will adopt this method more often.It is found that students surveyed in senior 3 don’t like "doing experiments"and "field survey".The following suggestions are put forward to solve the problems about intuitive teaching.1.Simplify the experiment preparation process by making a test kit.2.Train teachers to make sure they have the ability to choose appropriate intuitive teaching method.3.Give full play to the guiding role of college entrance examination in Senior High School Teaching.Pay attention to the examination of students’ operational ability and experimental design ability in the college entrance examination.Promote high school teachers to cultivate students’ practical ability.
