With the continuous renewal of educational concept,modern education attaches more importance to the cultivation of students’ practical ability.In 2017,the Ministry of Education issued relevant documents,which clearly pointed out that practical activity curriculum is a course that high school education must set.In such a social environment,geography teaching should fully combine the spirit of documents and the requirements of new curriculum standards,putting the geographical practice teaching activities into daily teaching,so as to scientifically design the practical activities of geography teaching and improve the students’ geographical practical ability and core literacy.Combined with the current development trend of geography teaching and based on my own work experience,this paper takes the case design of high school geography off-campus practice activities as the research object,and selects No.2 Middle School of Nankang District,Ganzhou City as the investigation object to deeply analyze the design of geography practice activities.This research not only meets the current educational concept and the requirements of new curriculum standards,but also the actual needs of geography teaching.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out this research and provide reference for teachers to carry out geographical practice activities.Through the investigation and analysis of the design of geographical practice activities in No.2 middle school of Nankang,the paper makes a deep analysis of the design of geographical practice activities by using the methods of literature research and case analysis.Based on the definition of concept and theoretical analysis,the paper analyzes the problems of the design of geography practice activities in No.2 middle school of Nankang.The main performance is in the following aspects:the few times of geographical practice,the improvement of the practical ability of geography teachers,insufficient conditions for schools to carry out geographical practice activities,the low enthusiasm of some students to participate in the geographical practice activities and the improvement of evaluation methods.On this basis,the principles of geographic practical activity design are proposed,namely,students’ subjectivity,situational life,form diversification,resource localization and evaluation diversification.It also discusses the design mode of geographical practice activities,including,field investigation,social investigation and geographical experiment.Finally,geographical field is analyzed by means of case analysis,social survey design and analysis of the two types of practice.
