Theory guides practice,correct understanding and scientific grasp of advanced training philosophies can guide training practice to be at the forefront of the times.China and Poland are two countries with their own characteristics in the development of volleyball.What are the characteristics of the idea of guiding their coaches to organize training.The research takes the training philosophies of Chinese and Polish youth volleyball coaches as the research object,and takes the Chinese and Polish youth volleyball coaches as the survey object.It is based on sports training and youth training theories,using questionnaire survey methods,comparative research methods,and literature materials.Conduct theoretical and empirical research using methods such as method and case method,in-depth discussion on the similarities and differences of coaches’ training philosophies between China and Poland will provide a reference for improving my country’s volleyball youth training practice,enriching and perfecting China’s youth volleyball training theory,and for developing volleyball training philosophies with Chinese characteristics,enhancing the training of young athletes,and enhancing my country’s competition Sports theory contributes with confidence.The results show that:in terms of talent selection,in addition to the height and coordination quality that both coaches of both countries value,China focuses on indicators such as age,reaction speed,and bone age,while Poland focuses on indicators such as run-up touch-up,in-place touch-up,and movement speed;weekly training for both countries It focuses on technical training,but China’s physical training is more important than tactics,and Poland’s physical training and tactical training are balanced;training sessions in China are 5-7 times and≥11 times a week,with a majority of 2-3 hours and>3 hours in duration.Classes are 5-7 times a week,1-2 hours each time;there are obvious differences in the order of basic technical learning between the two countries;In terms of tactical training,China focuses on tactical teaching,and Poland organizes practical confrontation exercises;coaches of both countries believe that physical training should be carried out with appropriate loads,and various training methods and methods should be used to comprehensively develop athletes’various sports qualities;Participating in competition is the core;Poland pays more attention to injury problems and takes decisive measures to promote the recovery of athletes.The coach will cooperate with doctors to formulate rehabilitation training plans for the wounded;China pays more attention to the cultural learning of athletes than Poland.In terms of management,China prefers centralized management,while Poland focuses on non-centralized management,etc.According to research,the training philosophies of Chinese and Polish youth volleyball coaches are similar,but there are more differences.The same training philosophy is embodied as follows:training arrangements take technical training as the main body;physical training "two more and one comprehensive" requires comprehensive,diverse content,and diverse means;focus on team awareness and cooperation ability;selection of materials emphasizes height and coordination.The different training philosophies of the coaches of the two countries are manifested in the following:Polish coaches emphasize physical fitness as the leading factor,technical physical fitness training,and comprehensively develop the physical fitness of athletes;combine competitions with training,promote training with competitions,and conduct more confrontational training in line with the actual competition.Regularly organize diversified project training;emphasize the independent training of athletes to promote the self-development of athletes;"take athletes first" to understand athletes.Chinese coaches emphasize "long training",frequent weekly training and long time;technical and tactical "simulation" exercises,strengthen basic skills,and highlight technical norms;focus on intelligence as the core and pay attention to the learning of athletes’ cultural lessons;Athlete "slightly injured but not below the line of fire";understand and evaluate athletes "based on coaches";Build a compound coaching team to manage athletes,etc. |
