Coaches are one of the important links in the competitive volleyball system.The training of volleyball coaches is a strategic issue related to the rise and decline development of domestic volleyball career.However,as the focus of the volleyball coach training work at the present stage,the volleyball coach post training system still has a series of problems,such as too macro training objectives,insufficient standard training organization and implementation process,and lack of perfect post training effect evaluation.This dissertation takes the on-the job training system of domestic volleyball coaches as the research object.Firstly,through the inspection and sorting of relevant literature and materials at home and abroad,the basic situation of the coach training system in China,the United States and Japan is analyzed.On this basis,some authoritative experts in the field of volleyball are consulted and understand the current factors affecting the post training of Chinese volleyball coaches in the form of interviews.Based on the volleyball coaches post training system of the preliminary selection,through three rounds of expert questionnaire evaluation and screening,finally build the volleyball coaches post training indicator system,and use the hierarchical analysis of the relative importance of the indicator system,get the weight value of the indicators.The results of the study are as follows:1.At the present stage of domestic volleyball coaches post training in post training objectives,organization and implementation,effect evaluation also need to further improve,abroad in the coach qualification and certification system,the coach standards and grading system of professional development,the comprehensiveness of training courses and training and organization form diversification and so on.It has certain enlightening significance to perfect the post training system of volleyball coaches in China.2.This dissertation constructs an indicator system of on-the job training for volleyball coaches in domestic,which consists of 3 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 48 third-level indicators.The first-level indicators include training objectives,training organization and implementation,and training effect evaluation;the second-level indicators include 12 indicators such as the ability to organize training,command the competition,and manage education;the third-level indicators include 48 indicators such as the ability to guide training,develop training plans,and designate competition combat programs.3.The importance of the weight value of the constructed indicator system is different.The first place is the first indicator is the training organization,the second is the training effect evaluation,and the third is the training goal.The importance of the training organization and implementation is the training course,followed by training management,training assessment,training arrangement and training requirements analysis,the evaluation content,and the training objective is the training ability,followed by the command competition ability,management education ability and scientific research innovation ability.The top five indicators of the three-level indicators are course content,assessment content,training course evaluation,guidance and training ability,and teacher selection. |
