| The issue of youth training in Chinese football was once again hotly debated in June 2021 when the Chinese team,represented by the youth team in the Asian Champions League,suffered a big defeat.However,in football youth training,players with immature outlook and values are in a passive position and football youth training coaches play a dominant role.However,the quality of Chinese football youth training coaches is currently low,and their professional and ideological qualities are lacking.In this context,this study focuses on the group of Chinese football youth training coaches,aiming to show the problems in the development of football youth training coaches through in-depth reports,in order to answer the question of why China lacks highquality football youth training,with the hope that the study will raise the attention of society to football youth training coaches,and provide a reference for better promotion of youth football development.This study uses four research methods: interview method,field observation method,case study method and documentation method.The interview method was used to talk to football youth coaches,players,parents,club representatives and experts to understand the stories of football youth coaches in various aspects;the field observation method was used to visit the CFA(Qingdao)Youth Training Centre and Shanghai Kings Football Club to observe the work of football youth coaches.Using the case study method by selecting typical cases for analysis,such as the stories of Cheng Yi,who frequently jumped ship,Zhang Dong,who transformed into a sewage treatment,and Wang Yubao,who competed with the school athletics teacher for players,to see the big picture in a small way and show the social issues behind individual stories;using the literature method to sort out and study the domestic and international literature on football youth training coaches to lay a theoretical foundation for the report.By using a variety of research methods to obtain storytelling and situational information,this enriches the stories of the characters.The report is divided into three dimensions: personal,professional and industry;introduction;life pressure: how to talk about football dream without bread;professional dilemma: limited decision making and difficulty in career promotion;industry failure:"I want to be a teacher instead of a coach";the way forward: Chinese football’s"Sisyphus "The five main parts of the article are Through in-depth reports,it is found that: for life,the salary of football youth training coaches is lower than other industries,and there is less time for personal rest,life is stressful,many grassroots football youth training coaches are running for a living,the low salary is related to the market,the number of football youth training clubs in the market is saturated,and there are few football youth training coaches who meet the requirements,which leads to the recruitment of some unqualified people by the clubs to lower the salary;for career As for the profession,football youth coaches are trapped in the tug-of-war with parents,leaders,schools and other parties,and have almost no real power."The low export of football youth coaching qualification courses,the low threshold of entry for social football youth training clubs and the mixed quality of football youth training coaches have greatly affected the social acceptance of this group.At the same time,during the reporting process,we found that even though there are many difficulties,there are still people who stick to their positions in football youth training,working quietly and waiting for the flowers to bloom. |
