| In recent years,our country has organized many surveys on the physical health of young students.The data shows that the physical health level of our young students is still at a low level.In the "healthy China" 2030 planning outline issued by the State Council,it is emphasized to fully stimulate the interest of young students in physical exercise.By 2030,the target rate of school sports venues and auxiliary equipment will be 100%,and the excellent rate of students’ physique test index will be 25%.This undoubtedly puts forward higher requirements for our school sports work.This research starts from the physical fitness practice part of school physical education,and introduces the small hurdle which has the training effect on strength,speed and agility.According to the characteristics of high school students’ physical fitness,this paper selects and improves the exercises,and explores whether the small hurdle combination training has more obvious effect on improving the physical fitness of high school boys than the traditional unarmed physical fitness training,and whether the students are more interested in the small hurdle combination training than the traditional physical fitness training.Hope to provide more methods for high school sports classroom practice,and ultimately achieve the purpose of improving physical fitnessThis paper uses the methods of literature review,expert interview and questionnaire survey to determine the practice content and interval of the experimental class and the control class,and uses the experimental method for experimental research,and then uses the mathematical statistics method for statistical analysis of the experimental data.After 12 weeks of experiment,it is found that the results of 50m running,standing long jump,cross quadrant jump and T-shaped run of the experimental class are better than those of the control class,and there are significant differences.The results of 1000m running and pull-up of the experimental class are higher than those of the control class,but there is no significant difference,which is not statistically significant.There was no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class.The average score of pesis in the experimental class was significantly higher than that in the control class,and the difference was significant.Based on the above data,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The small hurdle combination training based on high-frequency running,high leg raising running,forward(single)bipedal stable jump(continuous jump),incremental stride running,lateral(single)bipedal stable jump(continuous jump),zigzag jump,square jump,double arm push-up,lateral push-up and super isometric contraction jump+15m running is more suitable for senior one boys,And it has a significant effect on improving part of their physical fitness.2.Compared with the traditional physical fitness training,the small hurdle combination training has a more significant effect on improving the speed quality,lower limb strength and agility quality of senior one boys.3.Compared with the traditional physical fitness training,the small hurdle combination training is slightly effective on the upper limb strength and endurance quality of senior one boys,but the effect is not significant.4.The combination of small Hurdle Training and traditional physical fitness training have no obvious effect on the flexibility of senior one boys.5.Compared with the traditional physical fitness practice,high school boys are more interested in the combination of small hurdles,and the combination of small hurdles is more suitable for physical fitness practice in physical education. |
