How to effectively promote the healthy growth of children is the focus of the current national and social concern.Small Basketball is the result of educational and teaching reform in the new era.It is suitable for children under 12 years old to take part in it.Because of its strong flexibility and strong Operability,it is welcomed by the majority of children.However,due to the lack of specialized physical education teachers,teaching system,venues and other factors,resulting in the kindergarten stage,few people use small basketball,therefore,at this stage,we will be based on small basketball,we use colorful basketball games to intervene the children’s experiment,hoping that the children can have a positive influence on their coarse movement development and physical fitness level during the process of participation.This research adopts the methods of literature review,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.A total of 70 boys aged 5-6 years were randomly selected from a large kindergarten class in Jinhua.After screening,30 boys in each group were selected to participate in the experiment,the experimental group carried on the small basketball game teaching,the control group carried on the traditional sports game teaching.Before the experiment,the two groups of students were tested on gross movement development,body shape and physical quality,and after 10 weeks of teaching,the related indexes were tested again.Finally,the statistical analysis of the data,the corresponding conclusions:Ⅰ Small basketball games can promote 5-6-year-old boys coarse movement mobility indicators,compared with the traditional sports games,the total scores of5-6-year-old boys’ forward slide,single-foot jump,standing jump,side slide and body displacement were significantly improved,but in the running and the step jump project promotion and the traditional sports game effect is equal.Ⅱ Small basketball game can promote the 5-6 Year-old Boy coarse movement control movement index,compared with the traditional sports games,boys aged 5-6years old could significantly improve the total scores of two-handed hitting,overhand pitching,one-handed hitting,in-situ racket,two-handed catch,underhand pitching and object control,but in the foot kicks the ball project and the traditional sports game effect is equivalent.Ⅲ Compared with the traditional sports games,the small basketball games can significantly improve the ability of movement,control and gross action of boys aged5-6,among them,the control action ability is better than the mobile action ability.Ⅳ Small basketball games can promote 5-6-year-old boys body shape and physical fitness indicators,compared with traditional sports games,boys aged 5-6 can significantly improve their body shape(height and weight)and various physical qualities(standing long jump,tennis throw,walking balance beam,double-leg continuous jump,10-meter return run),but the sit-and-bend test didn’t improve as much as traditional sports games.The specific recommendations are as follows:Ⅰ Small basketball games can effectively promote the 5-6-year-old boy’s coarse movement development,the ability to control movements and mobile movements can be effectively improved,and the effect of the control action ability is better than the mobile action ability.At the same time can also very good promote 5-6-year-old boys physical health level.Therefore,it is suggested that small basketball games can be taught in all classes of kindergarten,and the teachers should be trained in the methods of small basketball games so as to further promote the small basketball games.Ⅱ The physical function of children in different age groups is different,so we need to focus on this point in the design of small basketball games,and pay attention to the coarse movement of children and the overall development of physical fitness.Especially in the flexibility and control of the lower limbs on the improvement.Ⅲ The traditional sports games for children can be combined with small basketball games to purposefully promote the development of coarse movement and physical fitness level.Ⅳ The design of small basketball game needs to conform to the physical and mental development of children,to ensure that the design of the game can be more comprehensive promotion of children.Early childhood sports practitioners should attach importance to the ability of basketball game design,the learning of sports-related knowledge and the ability to carry out basketball games,and actively encourage teachers to participate in related learning and training.
