| With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,social competition is fierce.Teenagers are under great academic pressure and spend less time on physical exercise,which leads to a downward trend in their physical quality.How to effectively improve the physical quality of teenagers is the most important problem in physical education.Due to the unbalanced development of China’s regional economy,the development of physical education activities in China also exists regional differences.In economically developed areas,the campus physical education teaching activities are varied and the classroom teaching modes are also very rich.However,in the remote areas with slow economic development,the teaching method in the campus physical education classroom is simple and lack of interest.To a great extent,this situation directly affects students’ interest and enthusiasm in sports.As a novel means of physical training,hurdle combination training is welcomed by many coaches.Through consulting a large number of literature,we know that the combination of hurdle and frame training can effectively improve a variety of physical qualities,but it is relatively rare in the teaching of junior middle school physical education.In this paper,by applying the training method of bar rack combination training to the basic part of PE class of Grade Two students,this paper studies the influence of bar rack combination training on the physical quality of Grade Two students.In this paper,the experimental research method is adopted to study the combination training of railings and scaffolds for the second grade students in the fifth regiment of the first division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.The experiment lasted for 12 weeks.The subjects were Class 1 and Class 2 of Grade 8.Class 8 was the experimental group,and Class 8 was the control group.The experimental group had the hurdle combination training in the first 10 minutes of the basic part of the physical education class,while the control group had the class according to the physical education curriculum arrangement of the experimental school.According to the national students’ physical fitness standard test,the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment were compared and analyzed.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)After 12 weeks of experiment,boys in the experimental group significantly improved their performance in 1000 meters and pull-up,while girls in the experimental group significantly improved their performance in 50 meters,standing long jump,800 meters and sit-ups.In the control group,boys’ performance of 1000 meters and sitting body forward bending was significantly improved,while girls’performance of 50 meters,standing long jump,800 meters and sit-ups were significantly improved.Compared with the control group,the overall physical fitness level of the experimental group was improved.(2)Compared with the control class,the experimental class significantly improved the scores of lower limb muscle strength and lower limb explosive force,especially the scores of standing long jump.The second is the significant improvement of speed and endurance quality,which clearly shows that the combination of hurdle training can effectively improve the muscle strength,endurance and explosive power of human lower limbs.(3)The physical fitness of students in the experimental class was significantly improved compared with that in the control class,and the physical fitness indexes of girls were significantly improved compared with those of boys.(4)The combination of hurdle training,the diversity of the practice means,the combination and variation of a variety of sports intensity,can be targeted to develop a variety of physical quality,is conducive to improving the enthusiasm of students to practice,can effectively improve the physical quality of junior high school students. |
