| According to the survey,the physical health of adolescents is declining year by year,and the state has promulgated important measures to improve the physical health of adolescents,among which the inclusion of physical fitness test results in the secondary school physical education examination has strengthened the importance of physical education as a subject.It is hoped that this thesis will turn theory into practice,improve the physical fitness test scores of junior high school students,and achieve the desired training effect.This paper analyzes the physical fitness test scores(height,weight,lung capacity,BMI,50-meter run,standing long jump,seated forward bend,pull-up,and 1000meters)of 40 students in two first-year classes at Yuxin School affiliated with Capital Normal University in Haidian District,Beijing,using questionnaires,expert interviews,and experimental methods,with the aim of applying rapid stretching compound training on the physical fitness test scores of first-year students.The experimental study was conducted by randomly selecting two first-year classes,recording the pre-experimental test data and screening out suitable experimenters,dividing them into two groups of 20 students each,and reasonably formulating a training plan for 10 weeks of differentiated training,with the experimental group undergoing rapid stretching compound training and the control group undergoing traditional training,testing the test indexes again after the experiment and recording the post-experimental Test data,the experimental results of the two groups before and after the experiment were collated and compared and analyzed to study the effect of rapid stretching compound training on the physical fitness test results of first-year students,and conclusions were drawn based on the above experimental results.Conclusion.(1)After 10 weeks of teaching experiment,the performance of the experimental and control groups in terms of height,weight and BMI were improved,but there was no significant difference in the improved performance between the two groups.(2)After 10 weeks of teaching experiment,both rapid stretching compound training training and traditional teaching training could have significant effects on students’ spirometry performance,but the experimental group had a greater effect on students’ spirometry than the control group,and there was a significant difference,so rapid stretching compound training could effectively improve spirometry performance.(3)The rapid stretching compound training training can effectively improve the performance of 50 m run,standing long jump and pull-up of junior high school students.(4)In the tests of sitting forward bend and 1000 m run,the performance of both the experimental group and the control group were improved,but there was no significant difference in the improved performance between the two groups.The introduction of rapid stretching compound training in the usual training to target the movements can significantly improve the performance of the institutional health test.Based on the above findings recommendations were made to.(1)Repeating the same training method and the same teaching style for a long time will make students feel boring and lose interest in training,so the teaching style should be reasonably arranged to maintain training efficiency while allowing students to experience the fun of exercise.(2)In the subsequent daily training should give full play to the advantages of the two training methods,targeted training of training items,the reasonable use of rapid stretching compound training,the two complement each other to achieve the desired training effect.(3)Because the physical fitness test results into the physical education examination,the object of this paper only selected first-year boys,not covering all grade band students,and test items are physical test-related,it is recommended that interested parties can cover all grades of students or a single item for in-depth multi-faceted research and analysis of rapid expansion compound training.(4)According to the physical characteristics of junior high school students to do a good job to carry out rapid stretching compound training teaching plan,the exercise process to control the intensity and load,follow the principle of gradual progress,to prevent excessive intensity caused by sports injuries,always pay attention to student exercise,to avoid teaching accidents,after the end of the relaxation exercises to promote rapid recovery of physical function,scientific and effective training,improve the training effect. |
