conduct a case study,discussing the three core issues of the operation and management of Genting Ski Park:operation input,resource conversion,and operation output.It aims to find an operation management optimization strategy for Genting Ski Park for reference and reference by relevant departments.This article takes the operation and management of Genting Ski Park as the research object,adopts literature method,case study method,expert interview method,field research method and other research methods to summarize the basis of the venue’s affiliation,organizational structure,funding status,and service content provided.To find out its existing problems and shortcomings,clarify the advantages and possible difficulties of the operation of Genting Ski Park,and
