| The Beijing Winter Olympics has created a rich legacy,not only a positive response to the sustainable reform of the Olympic movement,but also a huge driving effect on the political,economic,social and sports development.Venue heritage,as an indispensable part of Beijing Winter Olympic heritage,plays an important role in promoting the development of ice and snow sports and building the image of the city.However,the utilization of stadiums after games has always been a worldwide problem.Ignoring the operation of large stadiums after games will not meet the growing demand of the Chinese public for sports,which is the biggest constraint for the healthy and sustainable development of China’s sports industry.Therefore,it is necessary to build "repeated use,comprehensive use,lasting use" of the Olympic venues,so that the dividends of the Winter Olympics benefit the public.Based on this,this study adopts quantitative and qualitative research methods such as mathematical statistics and case analysis,and follows the availability,typicality and revelatory nature of case selection to select 6 competition venues in Beijing area: National Speed Skating Stadium,National Swimming Pool Stadium,Wukesong Sports Center,National Stadium,Capital Stadium,Shougang Ski Jumping Platform,field survey and questionnaire survey are carried out on them,and IPA is used to analyze the situation of postcompetition utilization and inheritance of the Winter Olympic Stadium,and analyze the difficulties and reasons of post-competition operation.To explore the countermeasures of promoting ice and snow sports and providing sports public services.The research finds that there are some problems in the utilization of Beijing Winter Olympic venues after the competition.By referring to the operation experience of the venues of the recent three foreign Winter Olympic Games,this thesis puts forward the improvement strategy in line with the development of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic venues after the competition and public sports services.The conclusions are as follows:1.Venue heritage is the most important physical heritage of Beijing Winter Olympics.By fully retaining the elements after the games,the distance between Beijing Winter Olympics and the public is further narrowed.Under the linkage of local governments and various departments,the development potential of the Olympic venues has been broadened,and the sustainable development ability of the heritage of the Olympic venues has been demonstrated.2.Sustainable utilization of venue heritage is a long-term process,but at present,there are still some common problems faced by various countries in the post-Winter Olympics utilization of venues: single mode of industrial integration,lack of operational experience,market to be developed in the whole season,lack of professionals after the games and other difficulties.3.The inheritance of the heritage of Beijing Winter Olympics venues has rich intrinsic value.Through excavating the value significance and practical basis of the heritage governance of Beijing Winter Olympics venues,it is found that the inheritance of Winter Olympics heritage can not only promote the long-term development of Chinese ice and snow sports,but also promote the prosperity of education,economy,culture and other fields,and give full play to its social and economic benefits.4.New sustainable use mechanisms should be explored and the current criticism of "construction over operation and maintenance" should be eliminated.Therefore,this study suggests the following strategies for the use and heritage of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games venues: broaden the operation channels to create synergistic development among the venues;reduce the operation and maintenance costs to achieve professional operation;create special ice and snow sports brands to establish a brand image;improve the talent training mechanism to strengthen the training of complex talents;and increase policy flexibility to meet the diversified development needs of the venues.According to the research conclusion,the following suggestions are given:1.Different use modes of venues have their unique environmental adaptability.Appropriate use modes should be selected according to the specific conditions of venues,so as to provide highquality carriers for the construction of a higher level of national fitness public service system and fully realize the common enjoyment of the heritage of Winter Olympics venues by all.2.Make flexible policies,achieve "one museum,one policy",adapt to local conditions,and constantly promote the protection and inheritance of heritage;Improve the management and operation mode,select professional management personnel,while learning from foreign experience to find a suitable road for their own;Adhere to the market operation,the introduction of professional management team,constantly update the management concept;Optimize the supply system of ice and snow sports in Beijing,create a national fitness atmosphere,and strengthen the sustainable development ability of ice and snow sports in Beijing.3.Continue to strengthen the integration of Winter Olympic venues and urban culture,enhance cultural charm,and constantly show the world China’s image as an open and inclusive country.In addition,we will exert the radiation function of the winter Olympics venues to carry international events,so as to promote the international influence of the sports venues as well as the improvement of our ice sports athletic strength.4.Continue to optimize and improve the supporting policies and safeguard measures for the utilization of the Winter Olympics venues after the games,create a good development environment for sustainable utilization,actively encourage the extension of supporting services of the Winter Olympics venues with conditions,develop other business forms such as culture and performance,catering and entertainment,retail and super retail,and build the Winter Olympics venues service complex without changing the public nature of the venues.Promote its long-term development. |
