Research On The Application Of E-government In The Public Security Systemin Of Z City

In December 2020,the Z Municipal Government issued the "Implementation Rules for the Governance of the Z Municipal E-government Architecture",which aims to accelerate the elimination of information barriers and strengthen information sharing.The "Detailed Rules" first pointed out that the city’s non confidential government information system should be integrated into the Z city government cloud.Integrating resources and allocating them rationally is a major development trend in government governance.It is necessary to centralize scattered township information systems so that the municipal government can understand the government information of each township in real time,make overall planning,and integrate resources to avoid duplication,resulting in a waste of public resources.While integrating resources,attention should be paid to the management of e-government OA applications and convenience services.Green channels can be opened between government units by issuing documents;In terms of convenience services,the government needs to learn more about the needs of people’s livelihood,strengthen the construction of e-government and civil communication segments,and open and improve online service channels,reduce offline contacts while improving government service efficiency.Promoting the construction of digital government can enable e-government to play a greater role in public affairs management.The application of e-government in the public security system of Z City has made certain achievements,and related e-government applications are playing an increasingly important role in police work.At the same time,there are also some issues such as incomplete online service functions,potential information security risks,and information integration and interaction.This paper starts with the concept of e-government,discusses three basic theories: new public management theory,new public service theory,and digital governance theory,expounds the current situation of e-government application in the public security system of Z City,and combs and summarizes the current situation,and conducts an in-depth analysis of the problems faced in the development process,The problems of e-government in the public security system of Z City are the lack of unified supervision of government e-government work at the current stage,the lack of professional knowledge and talents in e-government,the untimely and incomplete interaction between the government and the people,and the urgent need to strengthen information security management.When studying the challenges faced by the public security system in Z City,we should fully draw on the experience of e-government at home and abroad to find countermeasures for the application of e-government in the practical work of the public security system in Z City,including strengthening the concept of intelligent management,cultivating and introducing professional talents,building and improving the platform for political and civil interaction,and accelerating the development of relevant laws and technologies.It provides useful reference for Z City public security system to promote the e-government work of service-oriented government.
