The transportation industry’s development has become a major factor in the economic and societal growth of the world,with people increasingly concerned about it.Traffic administrative law enforcement is essential to ensuring the safety of the general public,and the development of the transportation industry is vital to the interests of many groups,as well as the entire economic and social system.Traffic administrative law enforcement personnel are endowed with statutory traffic administrative law enforcement functions by the state.The performance evaluation of transportation administrative law enforcement departments is a major factor in determining the efficiency of their work and the public’s satisfaction.This,in turn,affects not only the external image of administrative agency staff,but also the management standards of the local transportation industry.The law enforcement level and public service ability of traffic administrative law enforcement personnel are integral to this equation.Improving performance evaluation is the most effective way to improve administrative law enforcement efficiency.How to efficiently implement organizational goals through personal work behavior,how to match organizational goals with personal goals,achieve unity and direction,and ultimately form a win-win situation of personal satisfaction,organizational recognition,and public praise.This article takes the performance evaluation system of the traffic administrative law enforcement team in Wafangdian City as the research object.The research object of this article is the performance evaluation system of the traffic administrative law enforcement team in Wafangdian City.After conducting an in-depth investigation into the basic overview and performance evaluation operation status of the traffic administrative law enforcement departments in Wafangdian City,it is found that the current performance execution plan used by the traffic administrative law enforcement team in Wafangdian City cannot intuitively reflect the actual work situation of law enforcement personnel.There is no effective evaluation plan formed in the evaluation system,and the evaluation content lacks details Lack of effective daily supervision,etc.To address these issues,we have collected a large amount of relevant information and combined it with the actual situation of Wafangdian City to propose a relatively comprehensive performance evaluation system,which maximizes the effective implementation of traffic administrative law enforcement work in Wafangdian City.After in-depth research,we have found that there are similar problems in the field of traffic administrative law enforcement in Dalian,which not only affect Dalian,but also have adverse effects on a larger scale.We conducted a comprehensive assessment of the traffic administrative law enforcement department’s performance in Wafangdian City,with the aim of comprehending and resolving these issues.We then drew some specific measures from it.By setting scientific performance evaluation indicators,refining performance evaluation processes,applying multi-dimensional performance evaluation results,and improving performance evaluation supervision mechanisms,we can effectively promote the optimization and improvement of performance evaluation work to ensure its scientific and efficient implementation.The traffic administrative law enforcement department in Wafangdian is the focus of this article,which examines their daily operations and seeks to create a comprehensive performance evaluation system to enhance the quality and effectiveness of their work.The comprehensive revitalization of Wafangdian is greatly aided by this,and its implementation can be tailored to the current circumstances,thereby providing a benchmark for the betterment of traffic administrative law enforcement departments in Dalian and other areas. |
