With the rapid development of transportation,the traffic law enforcement team has also ushered in the stage of deepening the reform of comprehensive administrative law enforcement of transportation.However,in the process of reform,there are some problems,such as the mismatch between the nature of institutions and the functions assumed,the improper funding channels,unreasonable structure of law enforcement team,the non-compliance of personnel and the increasingly strict external environment of traffic law enforcement.The work pressure of law enforcement personnel(especially the grass-roots)is becoming more and more obvious,and the work enthusiasm is not high.Therefore,from the perspective of human resources,this paper hopes to combine the existing incentive system of Quanzhou traffic comprehensive administrative law enforcement team with the actual situation of law enforcement personnel,start with the evaluation of the incentive mechanism being implemented by law enforcement personnel,conduct data analysis,explore more scientific and effective incentive mechanism,and effectively improve the work enthusiasm and efficiency of law enforcement personnel.Based on the analysis of the current incentive of Quanzhou traffic comprehensive law enforcement personnel This paper analyzes the incentive mechanism of Quanzhou comprehensive traffic law enforcement personnel questionnaire investigation.Using the theory of two factors,this paper reveals the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of administrative law enforcement personnel in China.In Quanzhou,the main performance is lack of incentive and supervision,lack of interaction,no obvious evaluation and incentive effect,lack of personal development education,can not meet the needs of promotion,weakening the incentive effect of rewards and punishments.The research conclusion has certain practical significance for improving the incentive mechanism of Quanzhou traffic comprehensive administrative law enforcement personnel.At the same time,in the current form of traffic comprehensive law enforcement reform,this paper studies the Quanzhou traffic comprehensive administrative law enforcement personnel,improves and optimizes the original incentive mechanism of the law enforcement team,and provides a reference for the research on the incentive mechanism of law enforcement personnel in the process of reform in other regions. |
