Performance management has always been the core of organizational human resources management,The reason why the importance of human resources management lies in the fact that performance management has a great impetus to the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the company's staff.At the same time,good performance management can greatly improve the efficiency of the management of the entire company.As a core function of human resource management in Ruian grass-roots health administrative law enforcement agencies,employee performance appraisal is highly valued by organizations.However,due to the influence of subjective and objective factors on organizational performance management,there are a series of problems in the performance appraisal of Ruian grass-roots health administrative law enforcement agencies,which directly affects the work enthusiasm,satisfaction and organizational management efficiency of Ruian grass-roots health administrative law enforcement agencies.Therefore,there is an urgent need to further analyze the subjective and objective factors in performance appraisal,study the existing problems,explore the root causes of the problems,and establish a set of scientific and perfect staff performance appraisal system adapted to Ruian grass-roots health administrative law enforcement agencies.Firstly,this paper analyses the current situation of performance appraisal of administrative law enforcement agencies;secondly,it digs out the urgent problems existing in the performance appraisal of administrative law enforcement agencies,such as unreasonable appraisal index system,too macroscopic appraisal index,questioning the influence of human feelings or anomie appraisal on the enthusiasm of law enforcement personnel and the satisfaction of the masses with law enforcement agencies;thirdly,it deeply analyses the causes of the problems.Finally,according to the actual situation of the administrative law enforcement agencies and the relevant salary policies of the state,a scheme to optimize the performance appraisal of the administrative law enforcement agencies is constructed,and the safeguard measures for the implementation of the performance appraisal scheme of the administrative law enforcement agencies are formulated,and the reference suggestions and feasible implementation schemes are applied to the administrative law enforcement agencies in order to achieve the purpose of organic combination of practice and theory.The development of performance management of administrative law enforcement agencies has certain practical significance.
