| In 2015,the State Administration of Taxation issued the "Internet plus Tax" Action Plan(hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"),which proposed a series of measures to use information technology to create efficient services to meet the higher and more diversified needs of taxpayers.In recent years,the national tax authorities have closely followed the "Plan",followed the principle of "Internet plus tax",and continued to upgrade and optimize tax services,so that taxpayers can enjoy more time-saving,labor-saving and fast tax services,with remarkable results.Not only the collection of taxes,social security and other fees has gradually been integrated into the tax department.Taxpayers are not only taxpayers,but also taxpayers.With the increasing number of individuals as the main body,this has put forward higher standards for e-government.Therefore,we should note that there are still many "obstacles" in the tax department’s path of transformation and upgrading,and self inspection and self correction of existing problems,To promote grassroots departments to continuously optimize tax services and provide taxpayers with higher quality and efficiency services.In view of this,based on a full understanding of domestic and foreign research,this thesis designs a questionnaire and an interview outline,examines the current situation and existing problems of tax service optimization and upgrading of H District Tax Bureau under the background of "Internet plus tax",and finds that there is still a lack of sound information tax service system,and there are many weak links in the construction of information service platform There are four types of problems: inadequate manual services and low socialization of tax services.This article takes "posing problems analyzing problems solving problems" as the context,and combines theories such as new public service theory and tax compliance theory to propose a series of solutions.Specifically,it includes: first,improving the service system,improving the information service platform,strengthening the construction of professional service personnel,and achieving the integration of tax service socialization.We also made great efforts to promote the implementation of these measures and suggestions in the tax departments of District H,which can be used in the grass-roots tax departments throughout the country in the future,so that "Internet plus tax" can play a greater role in the grass-roots departments.This thesis is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter introduces the significance of tax service optimization under the historical background of "Internet plus tax",the research status at home and abroad,research directions,research methods and technological innovation issues;The second chapter provides an in-depth explanation of the concepts and theories related to proper nouns,providing basic theoretical support for the study of this article;The third chapter summarizes the experience and research results of tax service optimization of H District Tax Bureau under the historical background of "Internet plus tax";The fourth chapter provides a detailed analysis of the problems faced by the H District Taxation Bureau in optimizing the tax payment process,mainly from the following four aspects: service system,service platform,service team,and service socialization;Chapter 5 analyzes the causes of the problem: Chapter 6 is guided by the problem and its causes,and develops a series of solutions;Chapter 7 Conclusion and Future Prospects. |
